The location was in a nice 'quietish' part of Pattaya I hadn't visited before. Mainly tourists but some high-end condominiums in the area. The hotel has two or three budlings, I was in building B. The room was bright and the aircon good. Excellent water pressure even though we were on the 5th floor. The hotel provided a shuttle bus service to Terminal 21 Mall which saved on taxis, but I also rented a scooter. There's plenty of choice on that front. The staff are particularly friendly and helpful. The hotel had a very nice, and relaxed ambience. It was very comfortable, and the room view was nice overlooking the Sanctuary of truth.
The TV was modern and had a reasonable selection of channels - particularly news channels. The Wi-Fi was strong.
It was a 5 - 10-minute walk to some excellent and reasonably priced restaurants and convenience store. There's an open-day-and-night market, with fast food outlets selling local food as well as BBQ and international cuisine. There's a host of massage parlours, marajuana outlets and scooter rental shops close by,
A little inconvenient, as the hotel is 'tucked-away' at the end of the road and not easy for cars to maneuver at the small entrance area. Parking was 200 meters away at a separate but covered location, but I guess most tourists don't drive to the hotel. We were given a ride with our bags on checkout to the car.
The bath towels were a little threadbare and no hand towels were provided for the wash hand basin which was located outside of the bathroom. Housekeeping did provide face cloths when I asked for hand towels. Those are minor quibbles that wouldn't put me off staying there again.

Eigentlich eine sehr schöne Lage und Hotelanlage. Meerzugang, Pool, Balkon, Frühstück im freien.
Strand sehr viel Müll der nicht weggeräumt wurde. Stühle und Tische beim Frühstück schmutzig. Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Zimmer schmuddelig und größtenteils kaputt. Und dann kam auch noch ein großer Reisebus 🙈

Frukosten var bra EN dag, sen var det som att hotellet fick för mycket gäster vilket gjorde att allt tog slut och man fick säga till om allt. Bacon fanns i 3 dagar, sen försvann det också.
En dag missades städning så vi fick säga till 3 gånger innan städningen gjordes.
För dåligt med solsängar på stranden, över 100 rum och bara 10 solsängar vid stranden.
Läget är inte det bästa heller, längst ner på en återvändsgata, så man fick gå en bit för att komma till några restauranger.
Wifit var nog det sämsta vi upplevt, funkade knappt över huvud taget.

Grosses Eckzimmer mit Eckbalkon und Pool-/Meersicht. Zimmer sauber, Balkon geht so. Lage etwas abseits, aber das weiss man ja bei der Buchung. Zudem bietet das Hotel einen gratis Shuttledienst zum Zentrum an. In der nächsten Umgebung einige Lokale vorhanden. Frühstück ok, bei vielen Gästen ist eine Kaffeemaschine etwas knapp. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Möblierung teilweise etwas abgelebt. Zimmertüren knallen laut zu, kann in der Nacht sehr störend sein. Keine Sicherheitskette bei der Türe. Das Layout von getrenntem Dusch-/Toilettenbereich und Handwaschbecken (im Foyerbereich) ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, hat aber auch Vorteile. Hygieneartikel etwas knapp, können aber am Frontdesk - beispielsweise Zahnpaste - nachbestellt werden. Duschtücher und Duschvorlage fadenscheinig und teilweise zerfranst, keine Handtücher. Bademäntel fehlen. Alles Kleinigkeiten, aber trotzdem.

The view. We stayed at corner room. Awesome beach view from the room and from the pool.

Bad parking. Can only park 4 cars at hotel. Needed to park far away and take shuttle to hotel. No one looking after the car at night.

Value for money is good. Staff is nice. We were travelling with a family of three which means the choice of hotels is limited if you want one room. This hotel met our expectations. The room is really large, has contemporary design and is well appointed. The pool is nice, there is a beach bar and a small stretch of semi private beach.
Be aware that the hotel is located in Naklua, not Pattaya as such. If you want to visit Pattaya it is recommended to have a car. There are 2 separate hotel buildings. We stayed in building 2, nearer to the beach. The stretch of beach the hotel is located at is called Wongamat. You can walk from the 'Sanctuary of Truth' temple in the north all the way to Pattaya North (Nua, until Dusit Thani hotel) if you like. And if you like to swim, the water of Wongamat is cleaner than that of Pattaya Bay as wel (but still not clean).
Our room wasn't cleaned well. We found many hairs on the floor and in the shower and bathroom. The hotel offers parking in a separate building and it is really difficult to park there (New York style multi level automated storage). Needs some practise I guess. What we also noticed that the two different cooks weren't able to boil or cook an egg. Easy over, hard over, just hard boiled or poached, all of them were runny. I'll get over it, but it is kind of strange. Room service is supposed to be available until 10:30 but actually doesn't take orders after 20:00.

Ganz ok, wir wollten eigentlich Freunde in Pattaya treffen, was leider nicht geklappt hat. Ansonsten wäre Pattaya wohl nicht auf dem Plan gewesen, cooles Zimmer mit Pool-Zugang. Direkt am Strand, top Lage.
Leider etwas schmuddelig. Balkon war nicht sauber, und auch im Bad (Trennscheibe, Spiegel) war nicht richtig gereinigt worden.

Номера, которые выходят на бассейн лучше не брать, особенно на нижних этажах. Сырость, затхлость, и мы обнаружили целую плантацию зелёной плесени на двухэтажной кровати. Потом немного покачав права нам дали сдвоенный номер в другом корпусе, там уже было гораздо лучше

Frühstück: Personal völlig überfordert, was leer war, wurde nur auf Nachfrage nachgelegt oder auch gar nicht.
Lage: völlig außerhalb Pattayas, der "Privatstrand" völlig verdreckt von Treibgut/Müll, das/den auch niemand vom Personal entfernt hat.
Personal: wirkte absolut unmotiviert, jede eigentlich selbstverständliche Kleinigkeit musste erbeten werden (beispielsweise stand der Balkon nach heftigem Regen unter Wasser, die Reinigungskraft hat das einfach ignoriert und nicht gesäubert, wir konnten den Balkon so nicht nutzen)

No online / mobile payments available at reception. To level up I would suggest to change pin terminal so that online / mobile could be performed by customer. In my case this was necessary because I lost my bank card during my stay

We recently enjoyed a relaxing stay at this Pattaya beachfront hotel. The beach and comfortable loungers provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation. The staff were friendly, and the convenience of having shops, food stalls, and restaurants within walking distance was a definite plus.
It would be beneficial for the hotel to consider updating and upgrading their furniture in the lobby as the current furnishings do not match the hotel's overall ambiance. On a positive note, the pool provided a pleasant evening swim, but it's essential that the hotel installs pool lights to prevent accidents, as I experienced a minor injury due to the pool's rough surface. Furthermore despite two phone calls, the room service failed to collect our used plates from the restaurant for two days, which was disappointing. Additionally, the cleaning service should pay more attention to removing hair from the floor

I have requested the baby-cot in the message one week before go to the hotel via message and call to the hotel that i need baby-cot and request to change the date due to the weather they confirmed to change the date but did reply anything about the baby-cot when i arrived at the hotel, staff just told me that they didn’t have the baby-cot enough for us when i asked that i requested it on the message one week ago they said sorry that they didn’t read it and that it!

Disappointing stay. We stayed longer than anticipated as my partner was ill. We had to every single day ask the house cleaning after our room was done for toilet roll towels etc as they would barely clean the room and not replenish. We asked them to change our sheets and they hadn’t.
Also we were told we would have our room cleaned and to come back at 1 cam back still not done come back at 2 still not done think in the end it was done about 4 obviously you don’t mind when you’re out but when your poorly or your waiting on them to get ready do then go out it’s annoying.
The room walls are paper thin and we were woken up every day by a very loud couple next to us shouting.
The food we ordered had been sat there for ages and was stone cold by the pool and very expensive and the staff weren’t that helpful when asking questions or enquiries. For the price I think there are better places in the area to go for a bit of relaxation.

Location is fantastic. If you are lucky you can get a room with sea view and the view of the sanctuary of peace. Access to a small beach which is almost private adds to the charm

Very nice place for staying in Pattaya. The staffs are so kind and very helpful. The hotel has beach front which is good for relaxing. The breakfast has plenty of options. I recommend small croissants and pancake.
