For rentals of more than 7 nights we charge in addition Euro 25,00 for each guest on a weekly basis for linen change and cleaning. TOURIST TAX is due only for the first 10 days of stay. The daily tourist tax per guest is of Euro 5.00. Children under 10 years of age are exempted. In June, July, August and September there is an extra charge for air conditioning of 10 Euros per night. You cannot make the apartment your new place of residence or choose it as your permanent residence. It is furthermore not allowed to sublet the apartment, or parts of it, to third parties. The said premises or any part thereof shall not be used for any purposes other than as residential accommodation. All building rules and regulations must be observed. Between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. and 10 p.m. and 9 a.m. apartment occupiers shall not make any loud noises. Animals are not admitted.
