We were scared at first glance because the outside is green but we absolutely loved it once we got inside. We wish the fish were biting but we had fun. Boat slip broken concrete scratched are Ranger Bass boat but was easy access to the river. The garage was big enough to house both boats so we could charge the batteries back up. Also we charged them in the boat slip too. Great lighting at night in the back yard by the canal. Loved this place!!!

Fishing Trip
The accommodations certainly met our groups needs. We were there on a fishing trip. Even though the fish didn’t cooperate, we had a nice stay. The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of towels. The kitchen was well equipped with all our cooking needs. We may very well stay there again if the weather cooperates.

Went to Daytona one day, one hour away, and very convenient ! The house was very clean and all utensils and linens supplied were very nice! Beds were comfy as was couches. No cable TV but who needs that when you are watching the Manatees! We will definitely keep this on our Florida VRBO list for future stays to this area! The grill was nice and the yard very well kept. Thanks for your attention to detail! We will return soon!

I have been around Astor off and on for 40 years, and this house and locale really does the old-time charm justice. Nothing to do in Astor but ride boats and fish, but hey, that’s what life is about. Went to Daytona one day, one hour away, and very convenient ! The house was very clean and all utensils and linens supplied were very nice! Beds were comfy as was couches. No cable TV but who needs that when you are watching the Manatees! We will definitely keep this on our Florida VRBO list for future stays to this area! The grill was nice and the yard very well kept. This property had everything the was stated on the rental view. It was perfect for a fishing trip and grilling out each evening along the river. Great place to stay for any length of time.

Great location. We saw a gator swimming up and down the canal and sunning itself near the boat dock. No WiFi or cable. Seemed like the house had been empty for a while- quite possible with the pandemic. We enjoyed our stay.

We had the wrong code to access the property initially. Once we gained access within an hour, we were pleased by the amount of space inside. It was clean and simple. There were a few games, books, magazines. The kitchen was well-stocked with baking sheets, utensils, and two tables! A comically small television is plugged into a broken DVD player. Lots of DVD’s though. Our biggest issue was the waterfront access. The dock and surrounding area is unsafe, making boat access difficult. We had to change our plans last minute.
All of that said, each guest agreed they return.

Great location for fishing!
We used this rental for a short fishing trip. The location is excellent, parking is great for a vehicle, boat and trailer. Very quiet area. If you like to relax at night with a good movie take DVD's - there is a small tv but we had no signal.

We had a great time. Great location, quiet, clean, and close to the spring which is where we wanted to be. The boat slip is a really great option and the large garage and drive way! Would definitely stay again.

Nice family time if your looking for Internet or to watch tv this is not the place for you, only 1 tv 13 inch and no internet. It's a fishing cabin nothing fancy. Great location to visit nearby springs and easy access to river for fishing.
