We had a wonderful stay at Three Jewels. Great locatijon, within walking distance from lake, lots of shop and cafe nearby. They also had a wonderful gift shop, I got some freeze magnet for my family, and they served authentic Tibetan food too. Loved the momo. yummy! It was something beautiful, nice Tibetan interior, lovely staff. Thank you of awesome time.

Spacious room once reallocated. Great wetrooms for that area. Breakfast was tasty if not terribly varied. There were a few issues to start with but they worked very hard to resolve these.
The first room we were allocated was very shabby and I think needs refurbishment. They state they offer an airport pick up but we didn't get one despite it being confirmed and weren't offered on we back. The address does not mean it is on the lake side. This is around a ten to fifteen minutes walk.

They were kind enough to hold a small bag for us for couple of days while we went on our ABC trek.
Pokhara was very hot, and unfortunately the lobby was hot too. Our room didn’t cool down at all—the AC wasn’t working properly.
