About this house rental
Situated in Plymouth, this attractive house for $430 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This classic Priscilla Beach cottage has been recently renovated to provide the essential updated amenities, yet retains its rustic charm that has made Priscilla Beach a destination for family vacations for more than a century. Located high on a hill directly across the street from Cape Cod Bay, the home provides sweeping views to the east and south along Priscilla Beach. On a calm day you can see clear across Cape Cod Bay to the dunes of Provincetown. Upon approach you will find a farmers porch, perfectly for relaxing, taking in the views and welcoming your guests. One the fist floor you will find the original living room with it's traditional wood walls. To the right are two bedrooms and a 3/4 bathroom. One bedroom has an expanded bunk bed, with a twin mattress on top and full mattress below. Perfect for 2-3 kids. The adjacent bedroom has a queen size bed, and both rooms have quick access to the first floor bathroom. Beyond the living room is the fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Just beyond the kitchen is a large sunroom facing the back yard. Here you will find another small sitting area, television and dining table that will sit six comfortably. Off the sunroom is a deck with gas grill and steps down to the back yard. Here we have outdoor dining tables for those warm summer nights. Upstairs you will find a larger living room with stunning views of the Atlantic. There are two large couches, chairs and a television for gathering the whole crew together. Also on this level is a full bathroom and three bedrooms. Each room can sleep two adults comfortable, two rooms in queen size beds and one with a full size bed. The house has Central Air Conditioning, a whole house generator and an enclosed outdoor shower for washing off the sand. There is a stackable washer/dryer on the main level and we supply you with all the bed linens and bath towels for your stay.

We had a awesome time during our stay at Priscilla beach. The home was very comfortable and very accomodating to all our needs.The homes in the area are all impeccably clean and beautiful, The neighbor is very nice and friendly, I like to refer to the people in the area as "Priscillians". I would love to revisit again, I highly reccomend the rental home we stayed in, close to the water and all the stores you need.it is perfect.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. With three different living room areas it was perfect for three families with teenagers, we had ample room for everyone with a nice yard for outdoor games and grilling, all within walking distance to a public beach. Highly recommend!

We stayed for 10 days in September 2021. The host was very cooperative when we had a mild COVID scare with one of the travelers. We ended up not needing to change the dates, but the host was going to do whatever we needed, which was great.
Overall, I gave the house 4 stars. The location was fantastic, being close to Boston and Cape Cod. The proximity to the beach was great and was just a short walk. The listing pictures were accurate and there were plenty of hang out spaces for our group. There were beach chairs for 8 people and the outside BBQ was really nice. I would describe the downstairs “core original house” as cottage like and was a bit tired, especially the downstairs bathroom (peeling wallpaper, loud vent fan, odd lighting). The kitchen hade everything we needed, it was just small and dated. The utensil drawer needs to be fixed as it was almost impossible to slide in and out. The tub and sink in the upstairs bathroom were slow to drain.
The “what to do with the trash instructions” needs updating. The trash was never picked during our 10 day stay and the instructions provided were confusing and wrong.
The best gathering place in the house was the upstairs seating area do to its newness and ample seating options. However, the Television in this room was basically unwatchable because it would flake out repeatedly every minute. The house could use some tv instructions as each of the three rooms were slightly different.

Siblings and cousins, 10 of us so comfortable in this property. With 3 living spaces, we all had an area to spread out and relax. With 5 bedrooms, everyone slept comfy cozy. Beautiful views of the ocean. This will be our go to property in the future.

We were thrilled with this house! It had a fabulous view from the rockers on the front porch, a back yard big enough for the grandchildren to play games, very nice neighbors, and the perfect little walk to the beach - if we forgot something when we went to the beach, we just walked home to get it.

The house had plenty of room for our group of 7. Loved the views and the neighborhood. Backyard was great for the grandkids. Plenty of beach chairs and towels. Kitchen was well-equipped and house was full of little extras that made for a great stay.

This was an amazing week! The house was beautiful and the views were awesome. It accommodated our large group comfortably. The beach is down the block, few people, so social distancing was easy!
We lost power one day and didn't even realize it because there is a generator!

This is a great house, with plenty of bedroom and living space. There were 5 of us, but the house could easily have accommodated more. It was clean, well-equipped and the location is lovely - just a few minutes walk from a beautiful beach (open only to residents), on a quiet residential road. There are shops/restaurants within 10 minutes drive.We had a great time exploring Boston, Cambridge, Plymouth, Cape Cod and Marthas Vineyard from this base. It does take about an hour (unless you are very lucky with traffic!) to get into and parked in Boston itself, so if you are aiming to spend a lot of time in the city this probably isnt an ideal base, but with all the beautiful coast line and other interesting places nearby, we did not feel the need to go often!We had a great time staying here and would definitely recommend this house and this area as a good holiday base.

We liked the neighborhood. The house was comfortable. We loved the front porch and the rocking chairs. It would have been nice if we were warned about the sprinklers.
