Taxi fare to the nearest supermarket is 5€. Distributed on 3 floors, it has an elevator for either elderly people or with some discapacity. Thank you for a wonderful stay in your beautiful villa. We bought my elderly mum who is in a wheelchair and found the property well equit for all her needs, with the elevator being a definite bonus. Patrick was friendly and helpful and always on hand for any of our questions or needs. He always found a way to help us and it never seemed too much to ask. The villa itself is well equipt, spacious and comfortable, easily fulfilling everything we needed for our family of 14. The views at the front are stunning, especially at sunset and at night looking out over the lights of Adeje. The pool was warm and clean and gave a welcome place to cool off from the hot weather and the pool area had plenty of seating and loungers for us all. The area the villa is located is convenient for local attractions and amenities but a car is a must. Thank you for a wonderful stay in your villa and accomodating us all. Lasting memories have been made.

There is not one bad word to say about this villa, 11 of us (friends and couples) had the most amazing stay. The communication with Patrick was speedy and super helpful and they really have thought of everything! The villa was super clean and modern and we just loved the thoughtful touches, such as the food and drink hamper for when we arrived, the lift and even a drinks trolley. The pool was perfect and a lovely temperature, even in the middle of August! We all really appreciated the air-con units in each room along with our own en-suite (& communal!) bathrooms. Would 100% recommend and we are already hoping to go back!

An extremely well equipped villa, we were a family of 13 from ages 1 - 71, we all had a fantastic week.The villa has 2 fridge freezers in the kitchen and 1 fridge on the ground floor an 1 on the top floor. The welcome pack was very generous. The infinity pool and views were amazing. Communication was also good. The only down side was trying to get taxis we ordered 2 Saturday night after being told they were on their way we eventually gave up after waiting over 1.5 hours. We would have booked for next year, sadly the school holidays are already booked.

A lovely, well equipped villa with magnificent views. There's plenty to do in the area, but nothing walkable, so cars are essential. The pool area is in the sun from mid morning and the large balcony is fantastic for evening drinks in the sun. Despite the quiet location well up the hill, there are plenty of takeaway delivery options. Just one reservation is that there are some risky areas outside for any adventurous/climbing infants and young children.

We all loved every minute of our stay. Not only is the villa super impressive everything you could ever want was there included. Patrick and his staff were exceptionally friendly and thorough. The pool area was amazing, nice sun loungers and dining table BBQ area. Would definately look to go back

Images don't quite do this place justice. We had a great stay for 7 days over Easter 2023.
Pool, rooms, kitchen, lounge, grounds, everything were just what we needed.
If I had to say something negative, the location did not seem to be served well by taxis, but a lot of that was likely due to the Easter holidays, and we always managed to book something.
Can't recommend this place enough.
Communication with Patrick before, during, and after the stay was great also.

There were 14 of us ranging from 70+ to 4. The villa is amazing and aptly named for views of the sunset. The pool is excellent and loved particularly by the kids. A car is essentially for shopping but taxis can be obtained although sometimes it was a little difficult. Patrick is an excellent host and we will certainly look at booking the villa again.

This villa is incredible and in a great location. Patrick was great and very responsive (thank you!) and we all thoroughly enjoyed our time here - we would go back in a heartbeat!

There were 15 of us... The eldest my mum at age 82 and the youngest my nephew age 19... and everyone enjoyed equally... our only issue was taxi's which were almost impossible to get the first week but we eventually got hold of one who organised his friend too and we were then picked up promptly every evening to go out for dinner in 2 eight seater taxi's... we would love to return on our next family jaunt probably the next 2-3 years... This villa is everything you need for a perfect family vacation or birthday trip with friends. The villa is perfectly equipped with anything and everything you can think of! The host and staff were helpful with every single issue or concern. Strong individual air conditioning for every single room. They had food and juice/alcohol waiting for us. They allowed early check in and late check out due to our late flight. The pool is a dream and the view is spectacular. I would 100% come back again! Don’t hesitate to book! Perfect vacation!

Family Holiday
Fantastic property, superbly managed. Great family holiday for my elderly mothers 80th Birthday. She is disabled but didn’t miss out on any of the action as the lift allowed her to access all floors and take in the breathtaking views from the balconies. Everyone had a ball and the starter pack was very generous indeed. Top drawer villa with everything you would ever need for a great family vacation.

Really lovely time!
We had a great time staying here. Originally there was meant to be 15 including 3 kids, but as we got to the time to fly, the combination of covid and government intervention meant half the group couldn't make it. We still had a wonderful time and it was very easy to book and arrange with Patrick and the team that checked us in. Hopefully will get to visit again in less turbulent times. Its very well located for views and easy to get to sian Park and mall. Really lovely appointed rooms and comfortable!

50th Birthday Celebration
The property is everything we hoped for. It is immaculate, clean, spacious and really well appointed. It’s also very big! This meant that as a party of 10 we never felt like we were on top of one another.
Lovely touches upon arrival such as provisions for breakfast/lunch and a bottle of gin and tonics.
It is set on a hillside in a quiet residential area with fantastic views towards the sea.
The infinity pool was lovely and there were plenty of sun beds for everyone.
Local taxis make it very easy to get around.
Would highly recommend.

Amazing villa, the host is superb and definitely recommend!!
The villa is amazing, so many positives to say and the photos don’t do it justice. The property owner was extremely helpful. We did have problems with the air con in a few rooms however they were dealt with quickly.

Excellent Family holiday
An excellent villa for a family holiday. Our touring party ranged from 2 years old to 80. Excellent facilities and cleanliness. Very friendly local team who were very helpful. I would suggest a car is needed but if not taxi journeys are pretty cheap. I would revisit again.

Most things pretty straight forward, welcoming party were helpful, service personnel were discreet when attending to their duties etc. Electric cut out one evening and after exploring the villa we found a re-set button so all good.
One request would be that the villa needs a reference book to explain solutions to the electric cut for instance but in general and excellent venue for my wife and our friends birthday celebrations. Thanks

A hire car helps especially for the food shopping for larger parties like ours. Finally, just a big thank you to Patrick for his hospitality and Kristian for the warm welcome. Just happy all round.

Amazing Villa! We will definitely be returning
We stayed here for a week for my mums 60th birthday and our stay was perfect from start to finish. The welcome pack was a lovely touch, included essentials such as milk, juices, bread, cereals, butters and jams and also two bottles of Prosecco and two bottles of wine and lots of other bits fully stocked - very impressive!
The house literally has everything you need for your stay and is so well thought out.. loved the rooms and beds were comfortable too!
We spent our days chilling by the pool with music on, drinking cocktails with a stunning view, while the kids played in the infinity pool, played ping pong or trampolining. We wish we were there for longer than a week.
We are already looking to book again with our friends and their children for next year and look forward to re visiting the house.

Couldn’t ask for more
We were a party of 15 with ages from 1-83 and it catered for everyone perfectly. The pictures do not do it justice at all, it is kept to a very high standard. The area was ok for us as we were happy to spend most of our time lazing by the pool and taxis were easy and cheap to use to get to the local town Adeje which has everything you need. Patrick and his team were great a few minor problems that were quickly dealt with. We will hopefully be back soon

Amazing Stay In This Beautiful Villa
I cannot believe I was lucky enough to find and stay in this beautiful Villa. Everything was perfect, all the little extras -from high quality shampoo in all the bathrooms to the welcome pack which caters to your every need....including a much welcome G&T, glass of wine or just a simple cup of tea!. Special thanks to Patrick and his check-in team for all their help from booking to our arrival, it was easy and flawless. I would highly recommend booking this Villa if you want to feel super special.
I hope to return as soon as I possibly can. Missing that view already!

Over 25 years of family holidays and Villa Sunset View is most probably the best venue we have stayed in. High quality & lots of added extras, including the view! Great to have a heated pool early in the season and plenty of outside space whether you want to be in or out of the sun. Hire car recommended. Amazing villa
We had a fantastic 5 days in the villa. The views are outstanding and the villa is very luxurious. The villa is fully kitted out with everything you need and all done to a very high spec. Everything was very straight forward to booking the villa, to meeting Fina at the villa to show us round and to handing the keys back over. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. We will definitely return.

Amazing villa - 2nd visit!
A group of friends and I stayed at Sunset Villa for our 2nd visit in March 2019. Our week this year was just as incredible as the first time we visited in 2018! This was not only because of the fantastic villa; the amenities and stunning views, but also due to the hosts (Patrick & Fina) being so welcoming to all of us.
We would love to return for a 3rd consecutive year in 2020!

A very impressive and well presented villa.
We stayed there with our extended family and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, everything was as we had hoped and the villa is large enough to easily accommodate 11 adults, 3 children plus a couple of toddlers. We we very grateful for the wine and other provisions left for us. We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa and would like to visit again in the future.
