The property is located very conveniently near Piazza Navona and many walkable sites. It’s also a short walk to a taxi stand and bus stops. The bathroom was very clean. The kitchen is equipped with pans and utensils to cook a meal. Some nice-to-have items for the kitchen would be a roll of paper towels or a second dish towel, as there was just one small dish towel, and possibly a small bottle of olive oil and vinegar. We have found these kitchen items useful in other Italy rentals. The air conditioner is great.

10/10, would stay here again. Fantastic location—just as hoped! Central and easy access to just about everything. We easily walked to *all* and must see locations. Very clean and well equipped…Great communication with owner…Surrounded by lovely restaurant options, gelateria’s, and shops. Take note, the stairs up to the flat are no joke…they’re quite steep and somewhat uneven. We broke a bit of a sweat getting our 50pound bags up, but if you have a strong back and a bit of determination it’s not too difficult.If you lack strength to carry a luggage up several flights of stairs without a break this might be very difficult. If you have certain physical limitations it might be nearly impossible. Otherwise, you should stay here! We loved the spot and will stay here again if our travels take us back to lovely Roma.

Wonderful location in Piazza Navona area with darling little streets and cafes. Walkable to everything ( Forum farther and busier like a City) Loved the area. Note. It’s a 2nd floor which means 3rd floor in Italy. The steps are very steep to get to the apt. Balcony is cute but doesn’t overlook the street. It’s a courtyard of other homes with hanging laundry and trash cans. We were happy with the interior and Frederick was a nice host as best to communicate via text. Will be back!

Nice one bedroom apartment. Very clean, amenities just as described. Host communicated quickly, easy check in, even accommodated an early check in. Wonderful bars and restaurants within steps!One note...the steps into apartment are are steep! But made us feel like we were back in time!
