Lovely property, clean and comfortable. Luxurious towels.
Shower was small and run hot and cold. Pressure wasn’t great.

Owners were very welcoming. Plenty of parking. Pleasant surroundings. Room was nicely furnished.
Disappointing that there was no service of the room on second day as I would have expected this. For example none of the tea making products were topped up, the bed was as I left it and the bathroom sink wasn't cleaned. If this is to be expected then this information should be provided.

The bed was comfortable and I slept well. Generally clean.
However the hairdryer was SO old I didn't dare plug it in! The mug provided was like a thimble. The TV was on a side wall facing away from the bed. I didn't get breakfast as they serve later at the weekends which was a shame and no offer was made to even provide some fruit to eat in the morning.
To be greeted with "you're early" wasn't the best start! And having to ring a bell and wait was a bit off putting. Luckily it wasn't raining!! I'd rather there were no plants anywhere than plastic ones too. Apart from the owner and his "delightful" greeting I didn't see any other staff. Having to find somewhere close to Romsey at short notice left little choice but I won't return!
