立地条件もよく､清潔感があった。
一階フリースペースにチェックイン時は紙コップがあったが､朝にはなく補充されていなかった。

Clean, comfortable modern hotel just steps away from Kutchan train station. It will be opposite the Shinkansen station when it opens.
Stayed in a dormitory, which had lots of space for luggage and comfortable beds. There are women only toilets, showers and a wash room. The hotel has a dining area, dry room for ski gear and laundry facilities. There's a large parking lot and taxi company next door.
The hotel isn't currently serving breakfast, but it is low season at the moment.

ニセコあたりでは安い。すぐ近くに生協があり、買い物には困らない。
ドミトリーなので普通のゲストハウスのつもりだったがホテルが併設してる感じで、食事スペースは電子レンジのみで火はなし。お皿は言ったら出してくれます。
