This renovated 2 bedroom, I bath home includes a kitchen with full size fridge, range with convection, coffee pot, microwave and various other appliances. Everything you need to prepare meals and close to restaurants too. Living room and dining room spacious enough to easily accommodate 6. Shower with tub and two queen size beds. Towels and linens are provided for your stay. Family and pet friendly house with a large, flat back yard. Walking distance to Charlottesville's premier water park on Meade Avenue.
The perfect location for area concerts, visits to the many local wineries and breweries and Virginia's historical attractions like Monticello, Ashlawn and scenic views on the Blueridge Parkway. During summer months, there is a farmers market two blocks away. Open seasonally, a public water park suitable for the whole family. Walking distance to a playground.

Cute, clean and a great location! Wonderful communication from our host, very clean home. This is an older area, but with lots of young families and it’s a quiet, safe neighborhood . Walk/ Jog without fear. Reminded me of my Grandma’s house….minimal street noise, all the necessities are provided. This is a comfy “home away from home” for a visit to a lovely and historic city. Super convenient to most main attractions. Off street parking is a big win. Lovely little touches like snacks and coffee supplies. Beds are very comfy. We were here for only 2 nights on a girls trip. Would love to come back for several days to explore more of the area. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a great house, fantastic location 1 mile into town. Very clean except shower curtain was moldy so that is why I marked it down. It is a small old home but worked out well. If your traveling with a pet they ask they stay off the furniture (which I totally understand) or else vacuum furniture. My tip is take a sheet to put down. Works out great!.
