Nestled in Maspalomas, this lovely cottage for $220 per night is a great option for your next break. A holiday accommodation with 3 bedrooms, two with double bed a third with single beds and 2 bathrooms with shower. This property is distributed on one floor, fully equipped and in a perfect location; close to the beach and restaurants. Bungalow Rocas Rojas has been recently reformed, provided with wide spaces and with all the comforts: washer, dryer, iron, air conditioning, dishwasher... It even has a dining area in the garden, where you can enjoy the day with your family and then go for a swim in the huge communal swimming pool, which is also heated from November to March! Situated opposite the Gloria Palace Hotel, the perfect location with restaurants, supermarkets and shops just a short walk away and with the beautiful beach of San Agustin just 15 minutes walk or 3 minutes drive away. The resorts of Meloneras or Maspalomas are just a short drive away. Services included in Bungalow Rocas Rojas in San Agustin The services included in the price are: Welcome and personal key delivery until 20.00. Late check in available and on request. A complete weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels. A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age. Conditions ** This property is located in a residential complex, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden. ** Guests will be required to pay a deposit of 450 EUR to cover any damage that may occur. This deposit will be refunded after departure and inspection of damage. ** A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100 EUR for the total duration of the stay. Pets - allowed Smoking - not allowed When you leave the airport terminal, head southeast towards Base Aérea de Gando. At the roundabout in front of the airport main car park, take the GC-1 Sur exit and then join the GC-1 motorway. Continue without detour for about 21 kilometers (about fifteen minutes in normal traffic conditions). Then take exit 37 towards GC-500, towards Bahía Feliz / San Agustín and after 600 meters use the right lane to join the Av. De la Uníón Europea / GC-500 by the ramp towards Bahia Feliz. Join the Av. de la Unión Europea / GC-500 and continue driving without detour for 4.5 kilometers. You will find a roundabout 4.5 kilometers afterwards where you will need to take the first exit (on your right) to calle Las Margaritas. After 43 meters, turn right to Calle Los Girasoles and continue for about 400 meters. Turn again right onto Calle Violetas where you will find your destination on your left.

Det behövs markis över matplatsen ute, Annars kan man lika gärna ta bort den. Det vore härligt att kunna sitta där i skuggan och äta , läsa och vila!!!

Nice setting. Ideal for sunbathing in the garden though the coaches turning on the corner for the Gloria Hotel were a minor distraction. Ideal for the free motion cycling shop based in the hotel and the spa facilities. The apartment was excellent but a little more in the way of basic provisions would be a nice touch (salt, pepper olive oil, tea coffee perhaps). We were missing one bath mat and beach towel - but didn't trouble to ask the office for these! Friendly cat too!

Comfortable accommodation, booking, arrival etc all very efficient, staff were all helpful. Convenient for local facilities, good sized communal pool, garden is a nice size with outside table, sun loungers. Local information at the accommodation would have been useful but a good tourist office near by in San Agustin. I would recommend the accommodation.
