The pics are accurate. I know marco is expensive but as the place is a little older they could do a few easy things to spruce it up for the price paid. Could use new towels, beach towels, and coffee cups. The patio is the best selling point.

We were 3 women, ages 70-97. Condo was lovely, comfortable, safe and very accessible (elevator, no stairs inside or out). Handicapped parking right next to the elevator. Easy walking distance -- even for the 97-year-old! -- to restaurants. We also enjoyed meals out on the screened porch with beautiful water view. Highly recommend1

Such a gem on the northern tip of Marco Island. The beds are comfortable and the amenities ample. It was awesome to have a washer and dryer! Great feature when you pack light. Would highly recommend this unit for small families and couples.

Very nice condo on “penthouse “ level. Clean, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen. Wonderful location with many amenities on site. My only complaint pertains to the bathrooms…towels were a bit shabby, no tissue boxes and tiny slivers of soap. Be prepared to bring your own shampoo and lotion. Great supply of beach towels/chairs

Stayed here with my 3 sisters and mom for a girl’s trip. Plenty of room for us, comfortable beds, and great accommodations. Loved sitting in the large screened in balcony, drinking morning coffee & watching a storm roll in during happy hour. Easy walk to the pool and shops/dining. Would definitely recommend.

My sister, mom and I had a wonderful long weekend getaway! The condo was absolutely perfect! So clean! And the area's restaurants and walk-ability was perfect for us. You really can't go wrong anywhere on Marco Island and this was perfect for us! Jan made it super easy to stay! The entire process of reserving and check-in was completely hassle free. Jan also had many details prepared in a binder that included local restaurants, places to see and things to do. We will be back! Thank you Jan for providing the perfect mother, daughter, sister get away!

The property was a perfect landing spot for our first Marco visit. We decided to find warm weather for Christmas and the location and amenities made it the perfect destination. We enjoyed the location and proximity to restaurants, boat rentals, fishing charter and beaches. We did find beach parking and access in Marco to generally be deficient so be patient but the property was fantastic. The screened porch was wonderful to enjoy morning coffee and relax after a day on the water. The kitchen was well furnished, living room very comfortable and sleeping arrangements perfect for a family with two teenage kids. Look forward to a return visit in the future.

This condo was perfect for our stay! Great location and we felt very safe. The condo had everything we needed, walking distance to several restaurants, and we enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. We will absolutely rent here again!

We had a really nice time in Marco with our 2 kids , the PH is located in a very nice convenience location close to the most famous beaches there tigertail 1.5 mile and Marco beach about 3 miles away I believe .The place was very nice and clean very easy to check in , the only thing we had a little trouble was with the number of the penthouse outside was missing at the door and we had a little trouble to find it and there was only one trash bag in the kitchen and the trash can was super full :( ,but besides that we will recommend this place 100% for any family to stay is very nice , clean , and when you come in smells really good really good ,air conditioning nice and cold , location is the best once again also close to the dolphin cove marina where you can rent boats and take tours with Capitan profesor we really loved our stay in this place , thanks ❤️❤️ A++ place 👍

It has everything that you could want. Very private, plenty of room, great bars and restaurants in walking distance. Comfortable and clean beds to sleep in. (I lift all the sheets and check mattress’s for stains, bugs, etc) There’s even some extras left to carry over. Beach towels and a couple boogie boards were there. The pictures don’t do this place any justification. It’s a lot bigger than the pictures make it look. Huge balcony with a couple lounge chairs. There were only a couple of negatives, but it would be more of a mention for the owner to carry over to the cleaning company. Linens and towels were all clean. Floors were filthy though. After walking around in socks or bare feet, the bottoms of your feet were black! And there were some insect wings I’m thinking from flying ants all over the entertainment center and on the floor by the door wall, and on the sheet of paper with codes under the cable box. So they are skipping some cleaning steps. And with the cleaning fee that we pay to help you cover that, it probably should have been a little better. As far as commutation with owner goes, I really didn’t have any or need to have any so I just rated as a three to be neutral. Everything was there. It was easy to get into. Her email to you tells you everything you need to do to get in. Overall I will definitely stay here again. Just have a mop available since we couldn’t find one and didn’t want to ruin any towels to wash the floor.

Lovely penthouse condo for our girls weekend getaway to Marco Island. It was clean, roomy, and furnished nicely. I loved having my morning coffee on the screened porch while listening to the birds and watching the water through the palm trees. The kitchen was stocked well, including a few leftover spices and such in the cabinet. If you need ice, the icemaker in the freezer was nonfunctioning, so be sure to buy a bag of ice if you need it. This did not detract at all from our stay, but I wanted other guests to be aware since ice is a necessity for a beach vacation. The entire complex is quiet and relaxing. There was plenty of covered parking. We walked down to Snook Inn to eat supper, and we thoroughly enjoyed dining on seafood while watching boats and wildlife in the water. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Location was great, walking distance to many delicious restaurants and short 10 min drive to the beach. Condo was clean and perfect amount of space. Screened in balcony was always shaded with a gentle breeze and a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. We left boogie boards for the next guests and rental would be perfect if there were beach chairs and an umbrella for guests

Loved the condo and location! Perfect to sit on the screened in balcony and enjoy the view and a glass of wine! Jan was very accommodating! Would return without hesitation!!!!
