Apartment was clean, room was decent size, bed was comfy, we never actually met our host but we had clear instructions how to get in to apartment and she was reachable on WhatsApp and was quick to respond to any messages.
Was easy to get around, walking distance to Duomo and good restaurants close by.
A small fridge in the room would be nice.

The property was lovely and clean. A very comfortable bed. The outside terrace was beautiful. Il Sorriso was in a great location for train station, restaurants and all the sights Florence is famous for.
A kettle or coffee machine would be handy in rooms.

The room was clean with a terrace and you can reach the downtown by foot
