- le bon emplacement à qq pas du rialto
- la réactivité du propriétaire
- appartement de taille correcte pour 2/3 personnes
- indications données par le propriétaire pour se rendre à l'adresse sont bien
- dommage de ne pouvoir prendre les clés qu'à partir de 15h, trop long d'attendre et se promener avec ses bagages.
- désolés mais l'appartement n'était pas propre : moutons sous le lit, pas de protège matelas et ce dernier était taché..
- frigo qui a coulé car rempli de givre..
-pas de couette à disposition si besoin
L'appartement n'a pas l'air fini en travaux !???

Byłem tam 4 dni. Polecam. Choć zdjęcia są lekko stare i lokal wygląda inaczej, to polecam ;)
Na plus
+ lokalizacja obiektu na mapie Wenecji
+ boczna uliczka, mniej zatłoczona, mniejszy ruch nie jest super głośno
+ klimatyzator
+ ręczniki, suszarka, mała kuchnia
+ lodówka
+ bliskość obu stacji do autobusów wodnych - Vaporetto
+ bliskość 2 ujęć darmowej wody pitnej (polecam aplikację i mapy ujęć wody w Wenecji)
+ bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielem
Na minus
- brak mikrofalówki
- pierwszego dnia, przeciekająca lodówka, ale mopem udało się to ogarnąć w 2 min. (wystarczy podkręcić z MINIMUM na ŚREDNI i woda wew. lodówki nie będzie kapać)
- WC z kiepską wentylacją (po 3 kąpieli - strasznie duszno)
- lekko skrzypiące łóżko, ale wygodne ;)
- lokal jest dość głośny jeśli na zewnątrz ktoś rozmawia, ale mało uciążliwe - bo to boczna mało uczęszczana uliczka
- przydała by się jakaś szafka na rzeczy aby ich nie trzymać w walizkach na podłodze
