This was a modern, comfortable, quiet, well-designed apartment in a perfect location for walkability and vaporetto exploration! The host thought of all the little things you may need when traveling- from washcloths to toiletries to a thermometer! We were very pleased with the beds and air conditioning, and our children loved having their own spaces.

The location is great! It is close enough to walk to the main areas but it is in a quiet alley away from the crowds. We enjoyed having three bedrooms and two bathrooms! The washing machine was so useful! We loved the cozy, homey kitchen. The owners considered every detail (laundry soap, stain remover, first aid, shampoo, cleaning products, iron, books, etc). The A/C worked very well too! We made sure to turn off an AC unit though while running the washing machine so as to not blow a fuse. There are 3 different steep stairwells to climb so not a great location for anyone with mobility issues.
It was not clear in the description of the apartment that one of the bedrooms did not have AC.

The property is clean, well mantained and it is in a good location.
The administration is very bad. At the time of booking it does not say that you will be charged a late check in fee of 40 euros if you arrive after 8pm. An email containing this info was sent a few days before our arrival. We arrived at 8:27 pm and we were charged the fee. You cannot leave your luggage and the check out is at 10 am. It is very transactional and lacks real soul, like dealing with machines.
