We got an upgrade to an excellent room. It was really like a palace room.
Unfortunately, the fridge doesn't work, a staff were very helpful and agreed to use their big fridge. The Coop shop is really a minute from the hotel. Overall, it was a good stay, just keep in mind that you need to work for Ali Laguna stations.

The hotel is really nice and in a great area. It’s walkable to main attractions and there are lots of restaurants and shops around. The individual room is tiny, we didn’t realize how small it was going to be, but it was cute and comfortable. The bathroom was a nice and shower had good water pressure. The only thing we didn’t like is that there was No air conditioning. We asked and they said that since is not hot season yet, is not available (went in April). We had to sleep with the window open, which since we had gotten a canal/street view, made it hard to sleep because it was sooo noisy. Other than that our stay was good.

The location was excellent, right on the canal and within easy walking distance to explore Venice! The staff was most helpful and the breakfast a lovely start to the day.

We stayed here for one night at the beginning of July as a stopover before a cruise. The staff were so wonderful! They made us feel so welcome from the moment we walked through the door. We were greeted warmly by name and served cappuccinos and cookies while we waited for our room. We had forgotten our adaptor and the staff searched the office to find one we could borrow for the night. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is in a beautiful spot, next to a canal. A few steps away is a fabulous bakery, a market, and McDonald’s (if you really need it!). We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
