I really liked the staff

The staff are very professional, very nice and very helpful. The location is good because it's not far from the airport. The food was good.

The room and the bathroom are very small. The parking was very close to my room.

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating.

The location was quite far out from the central city, however the hotel driver did a great job helping us to get places.

Very nice place. I will definitely return. Soap tray needed in the shower as well as body wash needed There are soap bars. Breakfast was okay but not really breakfast. I prefer a breakfast with eggs and dairy products, pancakes, etc. The breakfast there was more like lunch and dinner. There were hard boiled eggs, therefore, that helped. Scrambled or omelettes would have been preferred. Also the coffee is instant. I prefer coffee made in a coffee or espresso machine. Good news is that there is Java House within waking distance. The staff was great! When I informed them that the room was lacking in wall outlets, they gave me an extension bar and they allowed for a late checkout at no charge. I would return to this hotel.

Good hotel for a first night after a flight.

The airport shuttle was very easy and quick. We were greeted at the exit with a sign. The hotel has a nice little garden and a pool. The food that you can order was good, breakfast quite ok.

Great hotel in safe area in good distance to the airport.

Nice hotel, clean and helpful staff with Swimmingpool and breakfast. Airport transport included!

everything was great, maybe to take into account is that is also an event place so might become a bit lively in the evenings.

Everything was amazing from the airport shuttle collecting us to the drop off at the car rental office at the end of our stay. All the staff were excellent and made sure we had a great stay. Great buffet breakfast and an excellent restaurant menu. It was my first time in Rwanda and I was very impressed.

Good value for my money:)

The breakfast was ok, the location was good. Quiet area close to the bars and restaurants. I got a good deal at booking.com so I got very good value for the money here.

The breakfast could have had been more varied. I ate toast, omelet and sausage every day. It was good, but would loved to had something more to choose.

It a good stay, not far from restaurants and more action. I wouldn’t consider it an outstanding hotel but it checked all

The staff was nice and welcoming. The hotel is clean and has hot water (shower). The breakfast service (à la carte) is also nice and i preferred it to the buffet.

The decor is a bit outdated and the shower drain did not work very well.
