Nestled in Torre dell'Orso, this attractive villa for $104 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Villa for rent in Torre dell’Orso, a seaside resort repeatedly awarded the Blue Flag of Europe. The house is recent and has been furnished with care and detail, making it the perfect solution to spend a peaceful relaxing holiday near one of the most beautiful beaches of Salento. No security deposit is required! The prices include cleaning and the consumption of water, gas and electricity! Bed linen and towels on request: 12 euros per person. The house is located in a quiet residential area a few steps from the center and about 800 meters from the sandy beach of Torre dell'Orso, it is adjacent to other terraced houses, and is located on the ground floor, arranged on one level . It consists of a living room, kitchenette, two bedrooms (one double and one with two joinable flat beds) and bathroom with shower. Externally it has a garden both on the front of the house and on the back, both of relevance and therefore for the exclusive use of guests. The front garden is large enough to allow up to 2 cars to park; the rear one is partly paved, partly cultivated with English lawn and tall trees, and partly covered by a beautiful wooden porch furnished with outdoor furniture for eating out. The equipment of the villa in Torre dell'Orso are: air conditioning, 2 TVs (1 LED), DVD player, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, barbecue, ping-pong table, fridge, oven, pots and pans, as well as everything you need to tidy up your vacation home. The beds are 5 (also 6 with the sofa). Minimarket, bar, tobacconist, restaurant, rotisserie, artisan ice cream shops, cafeteria, weekly market, 18-hole mini golf, football and beach volleyball pitches, games room and children's playground are also easily accessible on foot. The sandy beach is both free and equipped with the possibility of renting umbrellas, sunbeds, deckchairs and pedal boats. The bathing establishments located along the sandy beach of Torre dell’Orso are well equipped with a garage, bar kiosk, cafeteria and tobacconist's.

Bester Urlaub
Wenn möglich wäre würde ich überall 10 Sterne lassen, wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 Hunde wir wurden so herzlich empfangen dass man sich gleich wohlfühlen musste, die Wohnung ist super und der Garten war mega schön alles sehr sauber und gepflegt wir fahren nächstes Jahr sicher wieder hin. Danke nochmals an Massimo und seiner Frau sie sind super tolle, herzliche Vermieter. Also nur zu empfehlen.

La casa è molto comoda oltre che attrezzata di tutto quello che serve per una vacanza.L'ampio spazio esterno offre la possibilità di portare i nostri amici a 4 zampe.I nostri 2 cani hanno apprezzato tantissimo.L'host Massimo gentilissimo e sempre disponibile all'occorrenza.

Massimo est un hôte sympathique et à l’écoute.
Séjour agréable dans une ville vivante, avec toutes les commodites. Le seul hic est que la maison était un peu plus loin de la mer que nous pensions.
Maison correspondait au descriptif de l’annonce, jardin très agréable.

Un’oasi di pace e tranquillità
Una bellissima vacanza in famiglia, a pochi passi dalla stupenda spiaggia di Torre dell’Orso e a 3/4 km da quelle di San Foca e Sant’Andrea. La casa é ampia e dotata di tutto, ideale per una famiglia di 4 persone; il pezzo forte é il giardino interno: curatissimo, fresco e ventilato, ottimo per mangiare all’aperto e per un po’ di relax. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Speriamo di tornarci anche il prossimo anno.

Tutto bellissimo
Io lo consiglio vivamente, per chi desidera rilassarsi nel verde e godere del mare. Situata vicino i posti più belli dell'adriatico. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e amanti degli animali, cosa per me fondamentale avendo portato la mia cagnolina che ha potuto godere dei 2 giardini.

Soggiorno a Tprre dell'Orso
La nostra vacanza si è svolta nella settimana più caotica di agosto, ma tutto è andato bene perché la casa si trova in un zona tranquilla e si può godere della calma di un lgiardino interno molto piacevole.
La casa è accoglente e dotata di tutto il necessario. Il proprietario ci ha accolto molto bene e ci è venuto a prendere nella piazza del paese. Noi siamo andati al mare a Santa Foca che dista qualche kilometro da Torre dell'Orso, ma anche la spiaggia locale è bellissima in un altro periodo dell' anno.
Tutto bene dunque e buone cavanze.

La vacanza perfetta
La villetta é situata in una posizione strategica, vicina al mare che si raggiunge in un quarto d'ora a piedi e a pochi minuti dalle altre bellissime località, balneari e non, della zona. La casa è dotata di tutti i servizi utili per trascorrere una vacanza in pieno relax, le due camere da letto sono spaziose e dotate di armadi capienti. La villetta dispone di un giardino all'ingresso che consente di parcheggiare comodamente anche tre auto sebbene la zona sia molto tranquilla senza problemi di parcheggio.il giardino sul retro è il fiore all'occhiello della proprietà, un luogo fresco nel quale rilassarsi dopo una giornata di mare ed una grande risorsa per chi come noi viaggia con il proprio cane. Il nostro Gringo si è sentito a casa! Da sottolineare la cordialità dei proprietari che ci hanno accolti calorosamente offrendoci i famosi pasticciotti pugliesi e che ci hanno dato preziosi suggerimenti sui luoghi da visitare. Una vacanza speciale per noi e per il nostro Golden Retriever!!

Comodità e cordialità
la proprietà è collocata in una zona tranquilla e strategica per poter visitare diverse spiagge della costa, a pochi passi dalle più belle località del versante adriatico della puglia.
I proprietari sono cortesi e simpatici e nota a loro merito amanti degli animali, abbiamo quindi potuto portare con noi il nostro cane ed il nostro gatto che hanno potuto godere del giardino retrostante, molto curato ed attrezzato.
Un soggiorno piacevole e consigliabile.

Massimo e sua moglie sono stati amichevoli e accoglienti da subito, tra l'altro ci hanno conquistato subito per l'accoglienza con i pasticciotti più buoni del Salento :-)
Ottimo soggiorno soprattuto per i miei bimbi a quattro zampe che avevano il giardino sul retro proprio adatto a loro.

Tralasciando la bellezza del Salento, la villetta Alice è stata il luogo perfetto per il nostro soggiorno: il proprietario è cordiale e sempre disponibile, il centro è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, la casa è pulita, dotata di tutti i comfort e di un bel giardino, sia davanti che dietro....e, se siete amanti del pingpong, dispone anche di un tavolo per giocarci! insomma: TOP!

No frills, but clean & lovely garden
A great little house for a beach holiday two stunning beaches within walking distance - shops a restaurants too. Air-con was useful, especially at night. The beach is 10-15 minutes walk but worth it. The water is crystal clear - turquoise and warm!

Casa ordinata pulita ed accogliente, dotata di tutto l'occorrente per una vacanza priva di disagi. Massima cortesia e diponibilità da parte del proprietario pronto ad intervenire per qualsiasi necessità. La casa è dotata di due porticati che si affacciano su due bei giardini ricchi di piante e adattissimi per i momenti di relax.
Piena soddisfazione per il soggiorno anche da parte della mia compagna,
La zona balneare è facilmente raggiungibile e data la straordinaria bellezza della costa non c'è che l'imbarazzo della scelta tra spiagge , calette e scogli.
Sicuramente un'esperienza da ripetere.

PIACEVOLE SOGGIORNO
Appartamento accogliente, pulito e dotato di tutti i servizi; aree esterne all' ombra ed al riparo della pioggia anch'esse perfettamente attrezzate di ogni comodità, e parcheggio auto nel giardino privato.
I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili, rendendo il nostro soggiorno
piacevole e privo di problemi.

Siamo stati accolti immediatamente come fossimo di famiglia e abbiamo ricevuto attenzioni che mai ci saremmo immaginati.
La casa è la soluzione perfetta per chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza all'insegna del bel mare e del relax, ma senza farsi mancare la vita notturna. Ubicata a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro della cittadina, questa villetta possiede un giardino sul retro che è una meraviglia.
La perfetta soluzione anche per chi viaggia con un cane come noi!

Casa pulita, super accessoriata e comoda! Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana con mia figlia di 3 anni e ci siamo sentiti subito "a casa".
Portico sul retro, con griglia, che ti permette di mangiare fuori.
Bellissimo giardino sul retro e posti macchina nel giardino davanti casa.
Altro aspetto positivo è la posizione strategica: fuori dal caos, ma vicino al paese, alle spiagge e in mezzo al Salento!

Una fantastica vacanza in una villetta ben arredata e curata con tutti i comfort. E i proprietari ci hanno accolto cone una vera famiglia. E ci hanno offerto come ben venuto, i famosi pasticciotti. Ci siamo divertiti tanto e abbiamo visitato tanti posti bellissimi. Consigloo a tutti di andarci in questa meravigliosa villetta adatta anche per famiglie con bambini. Casa bellissima, pulita e perfetta per chi intende rilassarsi evitando la confusione.
Un ampio giardino coperto permette anche di mangiare sempre all'aperto
come abbiamo fatto noi.
