Situated in Wilmington, this charming house for $170 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. 15 min to Mount Snow, 35 to Stratton! *No seasonal rentals, max stay 20 days Come enjoy our all season 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in the charming Chimney Hill area of Wilmington, VT. This home is a perfect getaway for those looking for easy living, rest, relaxation, and family fun. The house has 4 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 8 adults. Master bedroom has a King bed, and there is one Queen room, one Full room with a twin trundle, and one room with two Twin beds. There is also a pack n’ play available for use. The kitchen is stocked with utensils, dishes, pots and pans. There is a dining room table with seating for six people. There is an upstairs bathroom with a shower and tub, and a bathroom with a standing shower downstairs. There are two living rooms with gas fireplaces! Our downstairs den was recently renovated with pristine hardwood floors and rustic Edison lighting. In the case of a disagreement on what to watch, send the kids downstairs! We have a foosball table as well as a small toy box available with infant and toddler-friendly toys and books. Both living rooms have TV with Roku, including Netflix and Amazon Prime Video available for your use. Please note, we do not have local or cable channels on our TVs. Our home is in the Chimney Hill vacation community, you can enjoy our included amenities - ice skating, indoor pool, outdoor pool, gym, hot-tub, clubhouse including playroom, basketball courts, tennis courts and outdoor playground. The clubhouse and pool may have limited hours, be closed and/or require reservations due to COVID-19 restrictions. Please inquire before booking. There is also access to various hiking trails and the VAST trail system from the Chimney Hill community. We are 10 minutes from Main Street in Wilmington, which hosts a variety of both family friendly and upscale restaurants, 15 minutes from Mt. Snow, 35 minutes from Stratton, 10 minutes to the Hermitage Club, 35 minutes to Green Mountain National Forest and within 30 minutes of Brattleboro and Bennington! Please note, 4 wheel drive is HIGHLY recommended in the winter to get up our driveway and around the Chimney Hill community. Come enjoy the Martin Ski Barn!

We stayed here for four days of early season skiing at Mt. Snow. Two small families (2 kids and 1 kid). One family used the two bedrooms upstairs, and the other used the two bedrooms downstairs. House worked very well with this arrangement. Lots of place for the kids to play: outside playing in the snow, downstairs playing board games, using the air hockey table, going to the club house to swim in the pool. The kitchen is great. Well stocked and more spacious than it looks in the photos. We made a Thanksgiving meal and the kitchen was fully equipped and everything worked. Really appreciated that the stove, fridge and cabinets were clean and the the fridge was completely empty when we arrived.
Quick 15 minute drive to Mt. Snow. Nine minutes to downtown Wilmington. Mud room was great. Enough space for everyone's shoes, boots and slippers. House is warm. Powerful and capacious hot water heater, everyone could take a warm shower after skiing. Did not use the outside fire pit, but it looks appealing. Maybe next time. We would come back here without hesitation.

The house has a great layout with multiple living rooms when groups want to watch different shows. The air hockey table and fire pit are awesome from when the group wants to hang out alt together! The owners are very responsive and really nice people. I highly recommend this property.

Great property in a beautiful mountain setting with community amenities and quick drive to several ski resorts and lots of hiking. The community amenities have pool/hot tub with games accessible to the VRBO renters.

This was our second stay at the house. We really like the house itself. It is cozy and easily fit the 7 of us. A great place to stay for a ski weekend. There were some driveway issues, but I guess that can be expected when it snows in Vermont, and I was well aware of the slope of the driveway. The owner was ultra responsive and sent us some driveway help twice.

Just perfect for a group looking to ski. Wonderful setup of bedrooms with all the stuff you need. Two floors, spacious kitchen, big family room with air hockey. The each floor has two bedrooms which works great for people going to bed at different times. Each bedroom has its own thermostat, a nice touch! Everybody got great sleep.
Several nice big couches as well. TVs and really fast Internet and wifi.
Kitchen has the stuff you need to cook whatever you want. Refrigerator is very nice and so is the dishwasher.
The driveway is a little steep. I could see it being an issue if it was icy and you didn't have AWD. Wasn't an issue for my group.
I'll say this, I've got another snowboard trip coming up and I'm going to book it again!

Other than the beds being alittle uncomfortable it was a pleasant stay. The owners were very responsive and nice. It's a big place and the sunrises were amazing. Overall I we would definitely rent from them again.

Property was in really good condition. Felt safe in the area with a beautiful view. Kitchen was stocked well with items to use while cooking. Rooms were good size. There were 2 bedrooms both upstairs and downstairs and 2 living rooms. Felt like enough separation for a large group.
The drive way was very steep, don’t suggest finding this place late at night but we had 2 cars and we were both able to get in and out without moving the cars.
There was linens, toilet paper, paper towels etc for us to use, they had a bunch of fans which was nice and only one bed had the tv but no big deal.
The area of Wilmington was very nice, high up on the mountain but very small town vibes.
The owners of the home gave us their phone number in case of emergency. Super host

Perfect for our family getaway!
The location and space of this home were perfect for our family of five (children ages 4, 6, and 9). In fact, we could have certainly had a larger group staying and had plenty of space. The home is equipped with just about anything you might need while staying. The kids enjoyed looking through the toy box and the air hockey table was an enormous hit! We were there during a couple of REALLY rainy days, so weren't able to enjoy the outdoor space, but the fire pit and deck would have been wonderful with better weather. The community clubhouse (indoor and outdoor pools, small game room, couches, eating area/kitchen, playroom) was a true gem - especially with the rain putting a damper on some of our other outdoor plans. We were so thankful for that fun space! The day we arrived a new cleaning service had just started working in the house and had overlooked several things. Alana communicated with me extremely quickly and completely addressed our concerns. She was a wonderful host and also provided some suggestions on what to do in the area during the rainy days. We loved the space and would definitely stay again if we had plans to be in the Wilmington area.

Wonderful Winter Getaway
This house was perfect for our ski weekend at Mount Snow. It fit our family comfortably and the kids loved the air hockey table. It's a close distance to Mount Snow which made it easy to get to and from the mountain. The owners Alana & Martin were very responsive and helpful to any questions we had before and during our stay. Definitely would recommend 4-wheel drive just for the driveway as it snowed before and during our stay. Looking forward to coming back to this house for a future stay.

Can't wait to visit again
I cant say enough good things about this home and it's owners. This house is located in a beautiful community with quick access to Mount Snow. The house itself was big enough for 6-10 people and more than enough for my small family. The fireplaces made it extra cozy during a small snow storm during our visit. The sunrises and sets were an added bonus as this house is located very high up (4 wheel drive strongly suggested in the winter as there are some steep hills here). The house was stocked with all the kitchen accessories you could need - very clean as well. We had an issue with internet access during the storm and Alana & Ray helped and responded very quickly through out the process. Honestly, I am already trying to plan my next trip back - great home, great location, plenty of games and activities for kids and adults alike.

We had to book a last minute reservation for an unexpected family funeral. With that being said we were able to request a reservation, contact the owner, and get a fast response of confirmation. This was one less stress for us!!
The property was great. Enough room to spread out. We enjoyed the fire pit each night. Everything that we needed was in the home and was easy to find. All the beds were comfortable.

Great home for mixed generations!
My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Martin's home. They gave us a packet of information that was precise and thorough, easy to follow directions on all aspects of the home. Each room had its own thermostat, and everything was labeled well.
Our teenage children and my mother in law loved the basement, blackout shades and very quiet from the upstairs, where our younger children stayed.
I cannot recommend the home enough, very comfortable and enough space and activities for all.

Perfect place to stay if you’re looking for a location near Mount Snow. This place was very spacious and comfortable as well as neat and clean. So glad I found this gem in VT. Great location with a very easy drive to downtown for food and close to the mountains. The house itself was very well done for people staying there and easy to follow instructions. Would absolutely stay here again!

cozy ski retreat
We loved this property for the ample, cozy spaces, comfortable beds and seating in multiple shared spaces, decor, lighting (thank you so much for the ambient lighting) and speedy snow plowing. There is a quick, back-road access to Mt. Snow which circumvents much of the main highway as well.
