Beautiful house to stay at and in a beautiful location. Game room was awesome to hang out in with friends. Love cooking breakfast for my friends in the kitchen. Jeanine is awesome with great communication. I hope to stay here again in the future.

We had a great time with our kids and grandkids for an extended week end. Should have planned a couple more days! Nice space to relax and unwind. Everything you need to stay in and hang out but close enough to all amenities.

We were in the Wilmington area for a weekend wedding in July and rented the Chimney Hill house for 2 nights. All 12 of us (adults, teenagers, and younger children) had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and had more than enough room for all of us. Our entire family enjoyed the game room, spacious family room and use of the clubhouse facilities. Jeanine was very responsive and so easy to deal with. We hope to rent again possibly for a longer stay. Thank you Jeanine!!!

Our extended family gathered at the house for 2 nights and we had a wonderful time! The home is spacious and comfortable, with a gorgeous deck for relaxing and grilling. The downstairs game room was a great feature for kids and adults alike, and the nearby clubhouse has swimming and other activities available. The hosts were excellent, and communication was quick and easy. We hope to stay there again in the future.

We booked the house for a family trip over memorial day weekend and honestly, I can not recommend this house enough. It is in such a beautiful housing community, close to a clubhouse that gives you 2 pools, a game room, tennis, and basketball courts all for use at the rental. The house was warm, and welcoming, and had so much space to spread out and just relax. My daughter absolutely fell in love with the game room in the basement. If you are looking for a rental in the beautiful state of Vermont this one is not to miss. Lastly the hosts were fantastic to deal with and made sure that anything you could have needed in the house was at your fingertips.

We had the best time staying at this property! Despite Wilmington getting an insane amount of snow a few days before we got there, the host was prompt in keeping us updated on the driving conditions and being able to get into the house. The house was clean, cozy, and exactly what we were expecting from the listing. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic experience! We were 6 adults and 2 children enjoying a family ski getaway. This house was perfect. Everything was as shown and described. The house was spotlessly clean. Everyone loved the game room downstairs. Will definitely consider going back some day.

The drive to Mt Snow is about 18 minutes which wasn't too far. The road the house is on is unpaved which made driving alittle challenging when it was warmer during the day. The driveway is only one care width wide and on an angle so with three families staying with us, some car juggling was required. Overall, the house was clean and well maintained and the host was accommodating and quick to respond to my messages.

We had a WONDERFUL time at Jeanine's Cabin.....which is so much more than a Cabin! We used to own a house on East Brook Crossing, for 21 years, and have always loved Chimney Hill. We have rented houses on Chimney Hill since we sold our property, but this house is the best ever! It has all the amenities you could imagine.....it is decorated beautifully and in the Fall season motif, it is big so we could all be in our own space if we wanted to!! The men and our Grandson loved the downstairs game tables!! Our daughter and I loved the kitchen! The deck is nice and large for gatherings, and our Son-In-Law loved the Weber!! We can't say enough about our stay with you, and we highly recommend you to others who want to stay in Chimney Hill. You were very easy to work with and we so appreciate your flexibility on our check-in. We hope to stay with you again in the future! Kudos to you and your family!!!!

If you're looking for a picturesque home in the woods with activities for your children, then you've found your home. We booked here incase there was any rain during our stay so the kids could play all the different games they had in their walk out basement or use the community center. We ended up not having any rain but my son loved playing air hockey and learned how to play checkers. We went to the town lake several times, two spots had "beach" like areas for the kids to run around and the water was warm enough to swim. The downtown is cute with some good restaurants, check times as a lot of them are closed mid-week but we never had a problem finding something open. We did a day trip to Bromley and Stratton - went on Stratton's gondola and Bromley to their different rides. we used the deck all the time and relaxed out back, not a lot of bugs, which is a huge plus! We would love to come back!

The property looked newly renovated with an open floor plan to keep eyes on young children. The downstairs play area was great and the house was very clean and well kept. We really enjoyed the indoor pool at the clubhouse as the mornings & nights were cool in early July. Great experience for kids & adults.

Relaxing nature get-a-way

This house was perfect for our short family vacation. They had EVERYTHING we needed, even things I forgot for my baby and didn’t think they would have like a humidifier. The hosts are amazing at being responsive. Would absolutely visit this place again and hope to do so in the winter.

What a great place for a bunch of friends and family to celebrate my daughters upcoming wedding. We had so much fun, and there was so much room for all of us. We loved hanging at the clubhouse pool, and just relaxing on the deck. Thank you for having such a warm welcoming home!
