Super attentive lady at the front desk. She gave us detailed explanation for whatever questions we had. We unfortunately fell pretty badly from the bike ride and she provided us with emergency supplies and tended to our wounds very delicately.
It was okay for us but keep in mind that there can be a decent amount of stairs to climb depending on where your room is.

The owners of this place are absolutely fantastic. They are incredibly helpful and were very patient with the little Mandarin we spoke. On arrival, we were able to check-in early and were offered a discount on bike rentals. There is a common area on the first floor/reception area with a water dispenser. After our stay, I forgot my water bladder and they very kindly posted it to me in Taipei! The room is equipped with everything you might need (kettle, clothes hangers, towels, shampoo/body wash).
Our room didn't have natural light and the lights aren't particularly atmospheric. The bathroom stays wet after a shower. Both of these things are not uncommon in Taiwan. The fantastic location (right next to the night market) and the owners' hospitality made up for it!

水量小，床單和棉被都非常薄且粗糙，停車位有區分要付費及免費，覺得不太公平⋯
