My son and I walked to the motel straight from the trail. We had no transportation, cash, phone access. Kimberly was very pleasant, but not initially very helpful as we asked about transportation to town to eat and purchase phone chargers. She didn't offer any options. We went to the Comfort Inn where the receptionist gave us the number for the Altran shuttle. We took it back to Kimberly and she called twice but was not able to get us a ride. I asked her to call once more and I spoke with the shuttle driver and explained our situation. He was there in 20 minutes to give us a lift into town. I think she meant well in all of our conversations but was not very confident in her knowledge of what was available or the distance of businesses from the motel, etc.. Customer service is so important these days. Maybe management spends a little more time with the training process to equip staff with better awareness of resources.
Continental breakfast earlier for those who have to get going in the morning? We had to catch a 710am shuttle and missed the offering. Maybe we could have taken a few yogurts/juices to our room when we arrived instead, so we had something to eat for breakfast, but that was not offered...

It wasn't a big deal but the bathroom door hit the foot of the bed. Lol

Excellent location. Friendly, helpful staff.
Very odd room configuration. Two rooms with the bathroom in one room requiring a pass through situation. Bathroom very cramped.
