Some access points to the beach may be closed off during this construction time, but there will always be at least one access point to the beach available for guests. Work hours will be from 8:00 AM-6:00 PM, Monday-Friday - NOTE: The community will have these additional amenities expected to be completed by April 30, 2024: serenity pool, family pool w/ water play, deck w/ ocean view & lounge chairs, 2 outdoor hot tubs, grill area, and fire pit

We had the best week! The villas was exactly as expected. Super clean and being able to walk to beach and pool was great for our family! Mollie (host) was extremely responsive with all my random questions before and during our stay. Highly recommend this host and villa!

Villamere - Palmetto Dunes
The property was very clean. Villamere is very quiet. The grounds are well manicured. Outside of the unit, when it rains, water builds up on the deck floor after a hard rain. It will not go away on its own, has to be swept off.
We did not realize, when booking, there is no pool view or ocean view. This is the farthest unit from the beach. For us, having a disabled adult son, probably would have been better to locate a unit closer to beach or pool and definitely with a view of one of those. Still was a good experience. Manager of unit provided excellent service. The general store amd Jim’s restaurant provided great local service (on grounds of Palmetto Dunes).

Wonderful Stay
We had a great stay at Villamare! The location is perfect with easy access to the beach and convenient to everything in Palmetto Dunes as well as the broader island. The condo itself was exactly what we hoped it would be --- comfortable, all the amenities, etc --- and the owners were fantastic to work with. We'd definitely stay here again.

Beautifully maintained villa
Great location for a spring getaway. Villa is beautifully decorated and very clean. Owner was proactive about arranging guest passes, was responsive to text communication and was very welcoming.
Location is good for easy access to pool, beach, beachfront bar and grill, general store and several restaurants.

Our stay at Palmetto Grove Hilton Head
The villa we stayed at was lovely and had a really good vibe. It was an easy walk to the pool and the ocean. The owner Mollie was very nice & helpful with suggestions on where to rent bikes , restaurants etc. We would highly recommend renting this villa and we are planning on going back to this villa next year.

This condo is very nice inside and was pretty clean. It is on an amazing strip that has many stores and restaurants. The owner Mollie is great and responds quickly! I would definitely stay again!

Photos and previews of this premium priced condo did not reflect our experience. While they left us with the impression of a well maintained property, our experience was fruit flies and filth. Upon arrival, we were greeted with food and debris on the floors, bugs in the refrigerator and freezer, food splattered on the wall, and food caked pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Dust and sand decorated the end tables and other surfaces. Master shower was unclean and had an issue with standing water. The electric stovetop was caked with food and required extensive scrubbing and special cleaners. Four of our seven days included plumbers, pest control, and property management in and out throughout the days and evenings. Our after Pandemic family reunion left us an outlet to eat in other units in Villamare, which was fortunate as our purchased food needed to be disposed of after so many bug encounters in the refrigerator. Pouring a glass of water or wine required a paper towel close at hand to keep unwanted guests at bay. The owners provided a 50% refund of the nightly rate for our stay and were responsive to our communication and concerns while at the condo. Unfortunately, the problems were unable to be resolved during our stay. After the refund, we were left with a charge of $2000.00. For us, this was overpriced for our experience.

Updated, pristine condo steps from ocean
This is a well maintained, updated, pristinely clean condo in the Villamare area of Palmetto Dunes which is on the oceanfront. Easy access from covered parking is a plus.

Beautiful and perfect for families
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Mollie was great with communication, knowledgeable of the area and very sweet. The location was perfect for us. Close to the beach, central location and beautiful bike ride to Shelter Cove! Condo was clean and nicely decorated. Highly recommend!!

Perfect getaway.
We took a couples trip and the villa was perfect. Everything you could need. It was as comfortable as home, close to the pool, hot tub, and beach. We had the best time. Owner was very communicative and friendly. Definitely would recommend!

Wonderful condo!
Our family (with two kids 9 & 7) had such a wonderful week-long vacation at HH. This condo was so clean, comfortable, and in a great location - close to the beach and indoor & outdoor pools. It is also very nicely updated and decorated! Mollie was so responsive to our questions and the condo is equipped with all the comforts of home. A truly wonderful vacation!

Nice safe trip
Overall it was a great trip to Hilton head. The only problem was noise from a party over us at 1 AM one night during the week. We called security who did a great job getting it under control.

Heavenly
This was the best “Corona Virus getaway” after being kicked up in solitary confinement for the past 3 months we decided to bite the Bullet and take a quick trip with a couple of friends. The vacation property was fantastic. Well stocked and beautifully decorated. The pool area, grounds and beach were amazing. The deck and grilling area fantastic. We took a private Pickleball lesson at the tennis facility and had a great experience. Molly was a dream to deal with. She checked in and answered questions promptly
