Ideally situated one block to the beach & just down the road from the downtown shopping/restaurant district, Oak Shade is a meticulously maintained property within easy walking distance to historic downtown Ocean Springs, as well as beautiful Front Beach. Newly renovated, Oak Shade is the perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway, as well as week-long vacations with friends and family. Inside Oak Shade's The King Suite, you will find a firm, yet comfortable king-size bed with luxurious bedding, and bedside lamps with built-in USB phone charges. The full bath includes a marble soaking tub, and plush bathrobes are provided. The King Suite's open floor plan features comfortable seating situated around a large flat-screen Smart TV with YouTube TV and Roku, and natural lighting overlooking the courtyard. This space is perfect for reading a good book, and you can also enjoy complimentary coffee at the breakfast nook. Other features include a Nest heating/cooling system, keyless electronic keypad entry to the Suite, one designated off-street parking space, mini-fridge, microwave, glassware, flatware, plates/bowls, cheese platter with knives, mugs, and drip coffee maker. ***Pets are allowed for a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Please select that you will be bringing a pet when making the reservation or we will need to send an additional payment request after booking*** ***There should be no more than four people on the property unless prior permission is given. No events or parties of any kind. We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guests and property outside of the home. This is a good location between beach and town. Sidewalks do not exist so you will walk in the street and navigate cars and golf carts. The space was very clean and comfortable bed.

This house was in the perfect location and was very comfortable. This made getting around very easy and convenient, literally everything in Ocean Springs is within walking distance. The home was not dirty but should be cleaner and the exterior should kept up better. I would stay here again

Loved the location of this property! Easy walk to the beach and moderate walk of about .5 miles to the shops in town. Amenities and cleanliness were fine. Not a full kitchen as you would get in a condo, but small fridge and microwave fine if you plan on mostly eating out. Would definitely stay here again

The room is spacious. The bathroom is a bit cramped. TV and Internet worked flawlessly. Location is great. Rating would be a 5 if the bathroom door had worked (pocket door, off track), and if the keurig coffee machine had worked properly (lukewarm coffee and leaked water). Manager responded quickly to email, but did not dispatch someone to fix bathroom door or replace coffee machine during our stay.

We have stayed at this property multiple times.. Love it every time. Now that it’s been re-decorated … oh my.. gorgeous!! Location is perfect.. beach in walking distance. Ocean Springs is the perfect get away.. cute little small town just past the hustle and bustle of the casinos. Great food and cute shops. And those old oak trees.. beautiful. Perfect place to get away from everyday life!

We really enjoyed our stay here! We were a block from the beach in a very quiet neighborhood and just a few blocks from downtown Ocean Springs. The king suite was perfect for my daughter and I. The bed was so comfy and we had everything we needed. The host responded immediately to all of my questions. We'll be staying again!
