This villa is air conditioned and has a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances including full size refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, mixer, blender, and more. We offer free laundry service (arrangements for a day during your stay with housekeeper) 55" flat screen smart TV in bedroom & also on screened porch with day bed, generous seating, and dining area. There are gorgeous tiled floors throughout and a private parking space.
See wild parrots, woodpeckers, and finch, or watch schools of fish from your lounge chairs or beach swings with your evening cocktail while enjoying the beautiful sunset sky. BBQ grill provided as well as kayaks, paddles, life vests, snorkel gear, beach towels and all linens. Our stay was super relaxing. The house was immaculate. The screen porch was a nice amenity. We kayaked and enjoyed the beachfront. Our first trip to the east end - a fun time exploring beaches, bars, and restaurants. A well cared for and thoughtful property.

Excellent overall: location, privacy, hospitality; charming, well-appointed cottage. Loved it! beach/ocean is lovely, but shoreline is silty (you will sink into the silt and get stuck) and there are large areas of turtle grass. You will want/need to kayak to an area farther out to swim and enjoy the water. Water was calm during our stay and kayaking was easy. Briefly, you can’t just walk into the water to enjoy it. Overall I highly recommend, but caution you to consider the beach situation. There may be more accessible nearby beaches that we were unaware of, but … we ended up skipping 2 days of water time, sadly, and driving 30 mins to beautiful, easily swimmable Smith Embarcadere.

Fabulous location with ocean view and super easy access to the beach. Great amenities at the beach, including chairs, kayaks, hammocks, and fire pit. Room was very clean and well furbished. Host’s helper was extremely friendly and very helpful — and unobtrusive. Communication with host was excellent. We look forward to staying at Piece of Mine again!

We had a wonderful welcome from Tia who showed us everything we needed and even got us logged into the internet. The cottage and grounds were beautiful and impeccably clean. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the peace and tranquility of Piece of Mine.
