Excellent location, clean and comfortable. Excellent shower.
Noisy street into the early hours, people talking and shouting, emptying the bottle recycling bin very early. Front door is off the main street so difficult to find initially.

Марта - нашият домакин беше усмихната,, учтива, посрещна ни на входа. Настани ни много по-рано от определеното време.
Апартамента е близо до центъра на града, брега на океана и пешеходната зона, ресторанти и кафенета, закрития пазар с вкусотии. Близо е до спирка на автобус "Hop on hop off".
Канала на ваната беше запушен.

Piso amplio y bien ubicado, en pleno centro de Santander y cerca de algunos de sus principales atractivos culturales y de ocio. Es cómodo y la limpieza buena. La anfitriona correcta.
El precio nos resultó excesivo. El piso necesita algunas mejoras (puertas que cierran mal, algunas humedades en ciertas zonas como el baño, a las tuberías les cuesta evacuar, etc.). La zona es buena, aunque algo ruidosa por las noches. El acceso se hace desde un callejón.
