About this house rental
Located in Lake Hartwell, this lovely house for $583 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Beautiful 3 level lakefront home. Come and enjoy a family vacation on Lake Hartwell. Plenty of room for multiple families to share this 6 bedroom, 5 bath house with 2 master suites with King size beds and a bunk room with 3 bunk beds (6 twin beds). Fully screened in back deck with seating area and dining area separated by a fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen with double ovens, multiple crock pots and a Keurig (just bring your own k-cups) as well as a regular drip coffee maker. 2 full size refrigerators and one beverage fridge so bring everything you need for a week. Maximum size dock with covered and open areas, 2 ladders (one sloped for ease of use) and a water-level bench. Large private beach for digging and building sand castles. 2 kayaks available for use. Very close to Harbor Light Marina where you can rent a boat or bring your own and keep in the open slip on the dock. Foosball table, puzzles, board games, tons of kids toys, PS-3 and 2 TVs in case of a rainy day. Pets are welcome for an additional fee ($250), just please keep them out of the bedrooms and have them remain on the screened in porch until they are dry if they are swimmers. Please be aware that if you bring a pet and do not pay the pet fee before you arrive we will charge an additional fee of $500.

This was our first getaway since Covid. The property definitely met our expectations. The children absolutely enjoyed their stay. There were plenty of games for all ages. Even though the temperature was on the cool side they bravely jumped into the lake for a quick swim.
We would love to spend time in the summer there.

The house was clean, well stocked with kitchen utensils. pots and pans, storage containers, etc. Complete with choices of spices too Plenty of dishwashing soap and towels. Wi-Fi was string enough for 2-3 of us to work when necessary. A/C worked well and kept the house cool. Family and friends enjoyed the dick and beach. Even the dog had a good time. Would recommend to anyone looking for a lake getaway. Grocery stores within a 20 minute ride. Screened in porch was wonderful, as was the golf cart for going back and forth to the dock/beach.

Our whole family loved everything about this property. The owners are very thoughtful in supplying things like chairs on their dock, soap and shampoo in the bathrooms, a kitchen that has all the meal prep things you could need, games and toys for kids and much more. The layout of the house is great for a large family with multiple generations. We had an amazing time!

Our large group of three generations had a great time in this wonderful lake home. The rooms are large, clean, and well appointed. The kitchen has everything we needed to fix meals for the group. The lakefront is really perfect with a great dock for the kids and dogs to jump in and swim all day and a sand beach for the adults to relax on. The screen porch was perfect for after-dinner s'mores fixed in the stone fireplace.

Great week with extended family. Sixteen from 72-6 years. Beds very comfortable. Two refrigerators was a big plus. Path to lake paved. A little steep in one part but not bad. Used golf cart to transport coolers. Beach was fun for games. Location on lake was great….enough traffic to give us waves as we bobbed…dock had an extra slip for a boat and we tied up our second boat to the side with no problem. Owners very quick to address questions/concerns. Only suggestion would be to have a third trash receptacle or biweekly pickup. We tried not using paper plates so we could leave room for next renters but with 16 people, it was a lot of trash, especially when cleaning out fridge. Was easy to recycle cans at fire station. It was a great week in a great home and great location.

Family Vacation
This is the third year we have stayed at this house. It is perfect for large groups. There is something for everyone. Plenty of toys for the younger kids. A nice beach area that's shaded in the afternoons. An awesome dock that's great for fishing and jumping off of. A golf cart to get down to the water and back up. This house has it all. Very satisfied with this property.

Plenty of space for everyone. Multiple eating locations and the lake and the dock with your own beach is amazing. We will come back again no need to look for any place else to stay.

Beautiful Lake Home
Perfect spot on the lake to float and relax. Nice beach area near the dock that the doggos loved. Great screened in porch as well. Wish the temp. had been cooler to utilize the multiple fire places as these looked like a awesome way to spend a cold evening. Would recommend this property to any group.

Everything was wonderful my only complaint if you call it that would be the would be the walk down to the dock but it was great they provided a golf cart for that also I would personally do away with the foozball table very noisy echo throughout the house just had to tell my grandkids Not to play it. All around great time

Highly recommend renting a pontoon from C &E Marina they did a fabulous job also, and you cannot beat a sunset cruise and finding all the little beaches along the lake to park your pontoon and relax, Alicia was very responsive but we really didn’t need her for anything, overall a 10 out of 10 from us, thanks so much for a great place to have our family vac, Mark

Annual family Memorial Day outing
We had a total of 15 adults & 4 children for the weekend. This was our first time at this property, but everyone liked it so much that we will probably be back! Great place for adults & children. Only problem was that the golf cart charger died the second day that we were there so had to hoof it up & down to the lake!

Wow! What a fantastic home to celebrate Thanksgiving in with our family! The home is spacious and clean and filled with toys and games for the kids and grandkids-even legos, a play station and foosball! Kitchen is quite well equipped for cooking. The outdoor patio is great as a gathering space and for enjoying roasting marshmallows in the fireplace. Kids enjoyed fishing off the large covered dock. We rented a pontoon boat from Harbor Lights Marina and had so much fun exploring and fishing on the lake. Alicia is a wonderful host who answered all our questions . We extend a big thank you to Alicia and her family for sharing their fantastic home. We hope to go back during warmer weather so we can swim and enjoy the beach area and kayaks.

From the communication prior to arrival to check out everything was perfect! The house has everything you need. They truly have thought of everything. The interior is perfect for a large family.
