Ubicación perfecta y el piso necesita mejorar

La ubicación perfecta

Cobran la limpieza y después amenazan con descontar de la franquicia (200€) si no has fregado un vaso, o se te ha olvidado bajar la bolsa de basura. El piso está en un estado para reformar y exigen una entrega óptima. Se trata de un sofá cama de unos 15 años y un sillón cama imposible de descansar.

L'emplacement Frigo neuf

Équipements vieillissant et en mauvais état. Canapé lit hors d'usage (lattes cassées, matelas trop fin). Communication difficile avec le propriétaire Le plus gros problème : l'isolation. On entend tous les bruits de la rue. Et de gros travaux actuellement dans l'entrée de l'immeuble commencent très tôt. Impossible de dormir sans bouchons d'oreilles.

Le débit de l’eau très faible, il n’y a pas de pression d’eau. le canapé lit est à changer, ce n’est pas confortable. appartement, matériel et sol ancien, bon pour une bonne rénovation.

La proximité de la ville et de la plage

Le « lit » un clic clac non confortable La kitchenette dans le couloir en rentrant pas idéal avec 2 plaques électriques pas génial. Salle de bain la douchette était entartré pas de pression .
