About this apartment rental
The newly renovated Domus Quiritum Villa is located on the second and last floor of an independent villa immersed in a 3000 square meters park. The apartment consists of two bedrooms with shared bathroom and a large living room with kitchenette. The two bedrooms, featuring bright windows overlooking the park, feature beds with hypoallergenic, ergonomic and breathable mattress and pillows in memory foam, air conditioning and Wi-Fi access. The comfortable bathroom, shared by the two rooms and featuring a large window on the park, features a large double shower cabin. The large salon with antique furniture, a large fireplace and a large library is the study of a philosopher: on a rainy day you can spend an afternoon reading a good book. The kitchenette is at guests' disposal and overlooks the living room. Two large terraces complete the property, from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the park, the Archaeological Park of the Latin Tombs and the charming Cecilia Metella at sunset. You can also enjoy the products of our garden and car parking inside the villa. You will also have available bed and bath linen, bath products and hairdryers. Biscuits, jams, cakes, fruits, fruit juices and honey at km0 of the Roman countryside and the genuine products of our vegetable garden will always be available for breakfast or afternoon tea.

Nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour, nous avons été très bien accueillis.
Salle de bains très agréable, literie très confortable et de qualité, calme du jardin. Bonne localisation à 10-15 min. du métro et d'un supermarché où l'on a trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin.
Seul petit bémol au niveau de l'équipement de la cuisine, qui mériterait d'être complété : aucun couteau de cuisine ou à découper, ouvre-boîtes, etc. Pour le four il n'y a pas de plat.
Nous serions prêts à y retourner, les propriétaires sont charmants.
