Un endroit calme

Il n’y avait pas de clim ,3ventilateurs qui fonctionnait sur 4 dont 1 qui ne fonctionnait pas et 1 très poussiéreux Après la remise des clés, Nous avons prit plus de 30minutes avant de trouver l’appartement, très très mal indiqué. Par contre un super accueil a l’agence dommage qu’on accompagne pas les clients à l’appartement ou un plan d ´accès pour l’entrée du bâtiment.

Je ne recommande pas malgré une agence réactive, mais l'hygiène déplorable a gâché tout mon séjour

L'emplacement et l'accès : L'appartement est idéalement situé sur la Marina, facile d'accès avec les ascenseurs, et le stationnement y est plutôt simple. La réactivité de la responsable : La personne responsable de l'agence a été très réactive. Elle est venue tout de suite sur place pour régler le problème de la télévision, remplacer les piles de la télécommande et faire revenir l'équipe de nettoyage.

Un second ménage très insuffisant : L'équipe de nettoyage est pourtant repassée à la demande de l'agence, mais l'état global de l'appartement restait encore très insuffisant. Le travail n'a pas été fait à fond. Une saleté généralisée intolérable : Tout était sale à mon arrivée (intérieur des placards, hotte pleine de gras, pot cassé trouvé dans la salle de bain). Les couverts dans les tiroirs étaient tellement collants qu'il a fallu les faire tremper. Même pour utiliser les ventilateurs, il a fallu que je commence par les nettoyer moi-même tellement ils étaient noirs de saleté. Une literie à l'hygiène scandaleuse : Il y avait des mouchoirs usagés et des papiers de bonbons sous le lit. Les housses de matelas étaient tellement sales qu'on peut réellement se demander si elles ont été changées entre deux locations. Pour couronner le tout, il n'y avait aucun protège-oreiller sur les oreillers. À noter pour la télévision : L'appareil fonctionne avec plusieurs décodeurs pour obtenir les chaînes en français. Une petite note explicative laissée à disposition des voyageurs serait un vrai plus pour comprendre facilement comment s'en servir.

El apartamento entero estaba muy sucio, tuvimos que limpiar las sillas de la terraza para podernos sentar en ella. Los colchones de la habitación pequeña los hay mejores en los contenedores. Los vateres sucios, con gotas de meado. El sofá sucio, calcetines entre los cojines. El mueble de la habitación pequeña roto, ocurrirá un accidente.
