The accommodation was very nice
There were some confusions regarding the check in time and how to do it.

Jacuzzi was nice extra, and the breakfast croissant was good. Really nice staff.
Walls were pretty thin, so a lot of noises from other facilities.

It was so clean and well organized room.
Just their bathroom sink! The water 💦 don’t run out properly it was clogged.

The location was central to the main street for shops and restaurants.
Struggled with communication from the facility regarding check in details until a few hours before the check in time which caused me a lot of stress.
The bed was very hard and uncomfortable.
The spa bath instructions were sent as a video in Italian so it was useless. The drains are blocked which results in the shower filling up, the toilet often bubbling and the spa took a long time to empty.
The breakfast was a choice of croissants, cereal or whole fruits (many bruised and not consumable). The breakfast was brought to the facility in the morning around 7.30am. We wake earlier in the mornings so we went to McDonalds for breakfast instead and ate the breakfast supplied by the facility later.
