The location was great!! Only took us 10 mins to get to the airport rental car drop off point. There is a fridge in the room. The receptionists are helpful and friendly.
Our bed wasn’t clean and we asked for clean pillow cases to change them ourselves. The mattress wasn’t comfortable either. One side of the mattress spring wasn’t comfortable. No Air Conditioning unit in the room just a small fan. So can get quite hot in the room as you won’t want your window open to hear every single airplane fly by!!

Close to Gatwick Airport
No restaurant and our room was above reception, gravel driveway was noisy with suitcases being dragged along.

The room was clean & comfortable and the staff was super friendly and dealt with any issues promptly
We paid around £22 for a breakfast for 2 people and it was diabolical- we wouldn’t have minded so much if it hadn’t cost us what it had but the food was slimy and stale
The shower drain was blocked so after a day off driving/travelling a shower was needed but the basin filled super quickly and would have flooded the bathroom if we didn’t notice but this was reported by us and while we was out for the day someone went in a fixed it
