The location was amazing the rooms were clean the staff we didn't see but all the instructions were easy for self checkout they helped me via text with any questions I had prior to the stay r.e parking check in routine the room was absokutley amazing for the family the kids had their own room within our room with comfy bunk beds and a TV the bathroom was clean and spacious and the shower was good all in all excellent stay would definatley definatley stay at this property again thoroughly enjoyed
The exterior door was open everytime we accessed despite being a coded lock we checked in at 830 pm and there was other guests outside smoking with the door wide open the smell of smoke permiated throughout the hall ways and wasn't great to walk through with kids but hosts cant help that and due to lack of room for a bench at the front of the property a chair was brought outside to in the people were very welcoming and friendly just didn't like to have to walk through the smoke with the kids first thing in the morning door again was open to outside didn't change my opinion on hotel however would feel more at ease knowing it wasn't open constantly for potential non guests to enter just a personal safety note having stayed with kids

Cosy, close to everything
Been right on top floor but it wasn’t a big problem

It was easy to access and very close to the main seafront strip and amenities.
There was some dirty marks on the walls and some dust in places. But considering the price and location nothing unacceptable.

No breakfast in the hotel.
Hotel must have like a kitchen and bars. I could spend more money there if available food and drinks.
