There was no breakfast included. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The complimentary coffee was a nice touch.
There was nothing that I found unappealing. The room was exactly as I expected it to be. This review metric is stupid, booking reviews suck.

The town of Stewart is set in a gorgeous location. The guest house is very nice and my room was very clean and had towels laid out for me, has a fridge and coffee supplies. There is a Keurig, toaster and microwave in the main area of the first floor. No washroom in the rooms but the community washroom is kept very clean and the shower was spotless.
Only minor issue I had was it felt I was sleeping on a slant but no big deal,
