About this condo rental
Situated in Rosenheim, this charming condo for $81 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. The stylish, modern apartment with terrace and garden is centrally located in a quiet location in Rosenheim. You can walk to the city center (pedestrian zone) in about 5 minutes, as well as the train station in about 15 minutes. There are several supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shops and public transport stops in the immediate vicinity. BOOKING INQUIRIES will be processed immediately !!! The equipment is new (renovation 2017/2018) with dining table and 4 chairs, large couch, living room and bedroom each with TV, WiFi, terrace with garden furniture, kitchen with all appliances (dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave etc.) as well as a hallway and a Bathroom with washing machine. It is a two-room apartment. For bookings of two people or more, there is an extra bedroom with a double bed and TV. When booking one person only the living room with double bed and television. Cleanliness is our top priority and guests can look forward to a perfectly prepared apartment. The accommodation and the parking space included in the rental price are located directly on the Loreto meadow (autumn festival area). There is a key safe on the terrace / garden (24 hour check-in). The PIN number with a detailed description of the guests will be sent shortly before arrival.

This is a very centrally located apartment in Rosenheim. It is spotlessly clean and quite comfortable. The check in process is easy. There are grocery stores and bakeries within walking distance. The city center is close as well. We enjoyed our stay and will return some day soon. Thank you Anton!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Genau wie auf den Bildern. Es ist alles da, was man braucht.
Die Schlüsselübergabe war kontaktlos und hat perfekt geklappt. Auch die Kommunikation mit Herr Huber war super. Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentral. Man ist mit dem Auto schnell am Chiemsee oder in den Bergen.
Außerdem ist man zu Fuß schnell im Zentrum von Rosenheim.
Hier gibt es jede Menge Restaurants in denen man gut und lecker essen gehen kann.

Zentrale aber dennoch ruhige Lage; Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (REWE, Bäcker, Metzger) fußläufig in der Nähe; Alles wie beschrieben vorhanden; Fernseher ging kaputt, es wurde aber sofort ein anderes Gerät gebracht; sehr netter und sich sofort kümmernder Vermieter

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser schönen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten EG-Wohnung sehr genossen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es waren alle Verbrauchsmaterialien vorhanden, was in anderen Wohnungen immer gekauft werden muss
(Toilettenpapier, Haushaltsrolle, Filtertüten, Tee, Öle etc.)
Die Lage ist perfekt; nahe am Zentrum und doch ruhig gelegen. Wir können diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen und kommen selbst sehr gerne wieder.

Die Ferienwohnung von Familie Huber ist sehr ruhig gelegen,
trotzdem ist man nach ein paar Metern in der Innenstadt.
In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht.
Es war einfach toll, einmal in Bayern eine Ferienwohnung zu bekommen, die angenehm eingerichtet war, und nicht mit Oma`s alten Möbeln aufgehübscht wurde. Vielen Dank Familie Huber, gerne einmal wieder.

Top Ferienwohnung. Sie ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden von Eierkocher, Föhn, Handtüchern und Bettwäsche bis zu einer Waschmaschine.
Die Lage ist super, alles fußläufig erreichbar.
Die Ferienwohnung ist weiter zu empfehlen.

What a delightful modern apartment within 5 min walk of the town. The apartment was very clean, with those little extras such as cleaning products(washing up liquid), soap, towels, herbs and spices for cooking. Etc. It was like home from home. We could happily live there! Had difficulty opening the front door when we first arrived but a quick phone call to Anton solves it- a little knack required. Can not fault the apartment and would stay again. Thank you for a fabulous experience.

Enjoyable stay in Anton's Airbnb
To fellow travellers, you cannot go wrong with Anton's flat. The second bed is in the lounge, but it actually mattered little as the lounge was spacious and had a big sectional suite enough for a few people. All modcons in the kitchen and the supermarket was very easily accessible. A 10 minute walk into the very heart of the old town of Rosenheim. TV featured Sky News and CNN, so for news junkies, a bonus. Thanks Anton. We had a great stay.

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet.
Diese Wohnung entsprach voll und ganz der Beschreibung und war sogar noch gemütlicher. Sie besticht vor allem durch ihre sehr zentrale Lage, fast in der Innenstadt, und ist doch sehr ruhig gelegen. In unmittelbarer Umgebung findet sich alles, was man braucht (ein super Bäcker, Einkaufamöglichkeiten etc).
Sehr gut hat uns gafallen, dass man eine zweite seperate Schlafmöglichkeit im Wohnzimmer zur Verfügung hatte, die sehr gut gelöst wurde und der Gemütlichkeit keinen Abbruch getan hat. So erspart man sich die teurere Buchung einer Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern. Die aufmerksame Betreuung durch Herrn Huber war sehr angenehm und wir möchten uns nochmal für die unkomplizierte Nachsendung unseres vergessenen Schlüssels bedanken.

Schöne zentrale Wohnung
Die Ferienwohnung ist zu empfehlen. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Man kann alles zu Fuß erledigen und ist sehr schnell in der Stadt.
In der Küche wären ein paar mehr Tools zum Kochen wünschenswert, ist aber kein Muss.
Der Parkplatz ist selbst für kleine Autos relativ eng, aber auf jeden Fall praktisch, weil die Parksituation in der Straße direkt eher schwierig ist.
Anton ist sehr zuvorkommend und darauf bedacht, dass alles passt.
Danke für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Excellent Apartment for Family of 4!
We just spent 2 wonderful nights at this apartment. It was equipped with everything we needed. The well stocked kitchen was great for cooking dinner one night and breakfast. The instructions for the apartment were easy to follow and the location was great for looking around Rosenheim and visiting Chiemsee. Our children were very happy to see the Christmas decorations in the apartment. The beds were comfortable and the storage was plentiful. The owner was very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this apartment as a great option to anyone traveling as a family or couple.
