About this house rental
Holiday apartment in a two-family house, 6 km from Magione (in the province of Perugia in Umbria), in a hilly position on an organic farm, 1 km from Lake Trasimeno. From the ground floor you reach the mezzanine floor with living room and sofa bed; a few steps up you reach a twin bedroom and a double bedroom with private bathroom. Large equipped private garden with barbecue, for relaxing and al fresco dining. 100 metres away is the main building of the farm consisting of 6 apartments. For communal use: large grounds with saltwater pool, archery, games room with billiards, table tennis, darts, table football and board games. Nearest cycle path 500 metres away and runs along the shore of the lake. For a fee: laundry service, canoeing and tractor driving lessons. Within the estate there is a small artificial lake with fishing facilities. 7 km from San Feliciano with ferries to the islands of the lake. Good location for exploring art cities in Umbria and nearby Tuscany: Perugia (30 km), Assisi (45 km); 27 km Chiusi, 36 km Cortona, 55 km Montepulciano. 42 km Chianciano Terme.
