Short taxi ride from the airport, 15 minutes.
Comfortable bed.
Spotlessly clean
Nice self serve kitchen, with a selection of basics, coffee, tea, juice, yogurt and fresh fruit.
Large common areas inside and outside.
Sam is an excellent host. He took a great deal of care to make sure I was getting a good start to my cycling adventure. Thank you, Sam.

It is a beautiful building! Very clean!
No lighting when going out the back door where our room was. Noisy when other guest were together in the common room.

Home is in spotless condition; separation of guest rooms, expansive, comfortable common areas including full access to the kitchen. Convenient location to Chalottetown and any other area of the island. Host is accommodating, friendly and patient !
Location of the Guest Information sheet in the lower bedroom beside the back door. Could be stored together with the guest book.

The place had great amenities and was very spacious, making it comfortable to relax during my stay. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the host was very communicative, providing clear instructions and responding quickly to any questions. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I appreciated how easy the check-in process and communication were.
Unfortunately, there was too much noise coming from the room next to mine until after midnight, despite the property’s policy regarding quiet hours. It wasn’t the owner’s fault, but there is definitely a downside to having so many rooms rented out in one place. It was simply bad luck.
