About this house rental
Located in Breckenridge, this lovely house for $546 per night is a great option for your next break. Welcome to our mountain house! Wake up every morning to a mountain wonderland when you stay at this three-story cabin. This cabin boasts unrivaled vistas views over the snowy peaks of the Ten Mile Range. You may even spot a moose meandering between the pine forest. This luxurious home offers a modern take on the quintessential American log cabin. The beams’ honey tone paired with atmospheric chandelier light creates a cozy vibe. There’s a spacious open-plan living room kept warm by a wood-burning stove. Ideally located just a short drive away from Frisco and Breckenridge. Conveniently located to so many outdoor activities, your days will be packed full of outdoor adventures. However, there’s still plenty to do at the cabin. Challenge someone to a game of billiards, and have a shot at the pinball machine. To round off a perfect day, finish it with a stargazing session in the hot tub. Our 3-story log cabin on 2 acres is the perfect mountain getaway to take in magnificent unobstructed views of the Ten Mile Range from the 3 large southwest-facing decks and a large hot tub. Breckenridge and Frisco are both less than a 10min drive away. We are in a perfect location to enjoy all sorts of mountain activities including ski resorts that are nearby like Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, and Loveland. On the 3rd-floor is the living room, dining table with seating for 8, kitchen and master bedroom with king bed. The 3rd-floor deck has a deck furniture as well as a gas grill. On the 2nd-floor there are 3 bedroom rooms. 2 rooms have a queen bed and the other has 2 trundle twin beds for a total of 4 twins if needed. We also have a Pak-N-Play crib. The 2nd floor deck has a hammock and 2 deck chairs. On the 1st-floor there is a game room with a pool table, pinball, and claw machine. There is also 2 car garage. The house comes with everything you need for icy cocktails or great homemade meals. Enjoy the fruits of your labor on the decks taking in the beautiful view. The house has a large 55in TV in the 2nd-floor living room with streaming access to popular networks including HBO, Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime. The house also has high-speed WIFI throughout, a great collection of board games, and Sonos wifi speakers to play your favorite tunes from your phone. Skiing, snowboarding, tubing, hiking, biking, fishing, and golf are all close by. Colorado does have a traction law for winter months as we do get bad snowstorms that make it difficult to drive. We highly recommend if you visit during the winter, you drive a vehicle with 4x4, AWD, or carry chains. We love to share our mountain get-away – please contact us for more information! We always search for vacation spots to sleep 4 teens and 5 adults comfortably, and this house was perfect! The decks are lovely for morning coffee and evening wine. The boys loved the hot tub and pool table. And everyone fit around the kitchen and dining area. A great getaway. Would definitely return! Thank you!

We traveled with two of our teenagers and four of their friends. This property was perfect for a large group. The boys had lots of fun and enjoyed the pool table and the hot tub. Perfect location between Frisco and Breckenridge.

Perfect getaway. Very clean. Beautifully updated. Breathtaking views. Clean linens. Well-stocked kitchen. Fantastic kitchen and laundry appliances. Gorgeous 2 acres of scenery. Awesome loacation. We didn’t want to leave. Plenty of room to spend time together or spread out. Loved the porch and two unique balconies. Post-card views of snow-capped mountains! Thank you for a wonderful retreat.

Everything was as described. Our group of 10 friends had a great time here. The location was super convenient and close to everything (grocery, shopping, ski resorts). The view was gorgeous from all balconies. Communication was great with the host. Would definitely stay here again.

My 2 buddies and I took our sons to Breckenridge and stayed here. The house was awesome. Hot tub was clean and easy to use. The boys really enjoyed the game room (pool table, pin ball, etc). Super convenient to Frisco and Breckenridge. Definitely worth checking out.

Everything was as described, and we have a wonderful stay in Breckenridge. Able to ski multiple locations within a reasonable distance. We cooked in most nights and the kitchen was well equipped. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to our friends.

Great summer house for family of 10
Just wonderful location … close to Breck and to Frisco, both of which have lots to offer. Great hikes nearby including the Blue Lakes and Sapphire Point Overlook with tons of chipmunks. Kids had fun at the Breck and Copper Mountain resorts, 1 teen and 1 adult went on the 14 mile bike ride from Vail to Frisco. All of us went 2 hours to the Royal Gorge and then went rafting. The beds and fun amenities at the house were enjoyed by all. Saw beautiful rainbows and a great sunset. Highest recommendation for this house and owner.

Great home for large family/group
The property is “as advertised” on its pictures. Some homes are oversold on the images, but this one is well represented. It’s a spacious home that is in a great location between both Frisco and Breckenridge. It’s easy to get to the house and to both towns, with plenty to do. Our family of seven had more room than needed, we prepared most of our meals in the kitchen without any problems, and the kids loved the claw machine/pinball/hot tub. The owners communicated well and were very pleasant. We would definitely stay again. If you have a large family or group, this is a great house to rent.

Breck’s Stay
Absolutely loved the experience, would book again! The hosts were very accommodating, we arrived a little early to Breck due to the weather conditions. The place is astonishing with balcony views to capture the amazing view. (It snowed the days we stayed, which was awesome!) Perfect 3 story house with a warm fireplace to keep you cozy during the cold weather. Overall lovely property and kid’s playground was a plus since we had little ones on this trip. We did see wildlife animals, it was an experience to remember!

When we arrived we found the carpets with mud and all kinds of stains, the bathroom rugs stained and with hair (we washed them) There were dirty toothbrushes in the bathroom drawers, one of the legs of the dining room table was broken, 11 light bulbs burned out (we changed 8, there are still three to change). The third floor balcony lounge chair cushions scattered throughout the property, including under the snow outside the house, the BBQ was dirty and broken, the wood stove was full of ashes (we took an ash bucket out of it so we could use the stove), The 2 wood storage tanks were empty. The mattresses on the second floor balcony chairs are so dirty that we couldn't use them. The hammock was hung with a screw threaded no more than an inch into a crack in a log and of course fell off as soon as I got on it. Cooks were scarce and in poor condition. There were few glasses of different sizes. Ice Maker did not make ice. The washing machine worked well but the dryer needed three cycles to dry. In the garage that is full of dirt there is a garbage can, which was full on the first day, the remaining 7 days we had to store the garbage in bags. The balcony shown in the photos does not exist. ETC.
In the following days the owner sent people to clean the carpet, fix the table leg, fix the BBQ, fix the claw machine, hang the hammock, collect the cushions and load firewood in the deposits. He gave the unacceptable excuse that previous guests had left the cabin in poor condition.
The truth is that we paid a lot of money for something that we did not receive and we did not receive the cabin in acceptable minimum conditions, and no one has offered us compensation for all that.
The site has a lot of potential, but I think that the supervision of the remote owners is not working.
I took pictures of almost everything, in case anyone is interested.

A lovely home for a family celebration
Perfect layout for 3 couples and a 6 year-old. The kitchen, hot tub, and decks were great. The 6 year-old enjoyed and a few adults enjoyed pinball and the crane machine. It was a great space to just hang out and enjoy some family time.

Very Nice Cabin
We had a great stay at this cabin. There is plenty of room, the views are great and the location is quiet and close to many trails. There’s a good amount of natural light in the house. Be sure to visit the town of Frisco (Main street) for some restaurants and gelato. We loved star gazing from the large patio as well.

Magical Experience
Our family of five absolutely loved everything about this cabin. Our boys played everyday in the game room. There was plenty of space in our kids rooms to sleep comfortably. The kitchen and master bedroom were roomy and all beds comfortable. The best thing was the incredible daily views from the third floor that we could NOT get enough of. The home owners were very easy to communicate with, and they graciously accommodated our wishes to have our wedding there with our children/step-children. The location is very convenient to Breckenridge and Frisco for shopping and activities. Our experience was absolutely magical and exceeded our expectations. We look forward to returning in future years!

Beautiful home, amazing location
Our family of 8 ranging in ages from toddler to teenagers, young adults and grandparents had plenty of room and plenty to do. The property was beautiful, the house clean and it was located close to the resorts and town. Other then a few small kitchen items like maybe a blender or crockpot the house was well equipped and had everything we needed. Would 100% stay at Sunsets at Breckinridge again!!
