About this cottage rental
Newly fully renovated, one bedroom cottage located conveniently near grocery store, restaurants, gym, beach and all that Provincetown has to offer and within walking distance from the ferry.
Unit accommodates 2 people.
The first floor includes a modern, fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, sofa, and a bistro-style dining table. A 43” flat screen television and sound bar with Apple TV (Netflix/Hulu/HBO Max availability) and in unit brand new washer/dryer also included on the first level. Wireless connectivity throughout the condo and Echo/Echo dot available on each floor for streaming music with pandora, Sirius.
The second level includes the bedroom with King sized bed, a large 50" second TV with Apple TV/apps and recently redesigned bathroom. Included in the bathroom is a skylight in the shower, which can fit two comfortably. Imagine showering under the stars...
Private outdoor space with sofa seating and grill located on deck. One parking space is available with parking pass included with this unit, but is on a first come, first serve basis. Parking is not guaranteed, but has not been an issue most of the time.
Rental is for Saturday to Saturday in season (June through September)
Minimum 2 nights and weekends available off season (October- May).

First time staying in this unit. Clearly renovated recently, and very nicely done. Hosts were great, welcoming and have thought about everything. Location is great on the west end, easy ealknto most things. . Would stay here again without hesitation.

We loved staying at this perfectly-situated spot. The outdoor space is private and lovely, and hosts could not have been more welcoming. Super easy communication, convenient location, equipped with fun games, all household essentials, and every type of drinking glass you might need. :D We definitely hope to return!

The property is located in a great part of town; just one block from Commercial St and all it has to offer. The unit is nicely decorated with a new kitchen and bathroom. The deck is a nice amenity. The hosts were easily accessible and very helpful with our questions. We would love to stay again next summer!!
