Lots of pillows + bed were clean and comfortable. Suite was more spacious than we expected. Getting to the bar/restaurant without having to step outside was also great! Bottle opener, glasses, mugs, plates, toaster, nespresso, make up remover... everything we could need was there. The TV has many options to log into your accounts (Prime, Netflix, I think Crave also). Staff was very responsive and accomodating.
Would have liked more coffee options as we both drink the same but there was only 1 capsule of each 4 options (1 tea, 1 decaf, 1 espresso, 1 coffee). Pressure in the shower is low and walls are thin but other than a teen talking on his phone who went away when asked, the corridor was quiet and we had no problem sleeping.

The room was very spatious
There was no physical employee at the reception, everything was by text message. I asked for two things ; one extra pillow and one extra towel. Got a reply by the receptionnist by text at 13h that they would ask the staff on site, I was pleased by the response... but even after waiting a few hours, when we got back at the hotel close to 23h45 , it was not there. The only person i saw was at 10h in the morning when we were about to leave the cleaning person asked what room we were in.
