Located in Pahrump, this attractive condo for $85 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Inside the "Bunkhouse" is a beautiful 1 bedroom apartment style property. BRAND NEW everything. Southwest decor throughout. Located on the North end of Pahrump, the only thing you will hear at night in this QUIET neighborhood is coyotes. No traffic, no sirens. Relax out front on the board walk. Porch swing and horse shoe furniture awaits your company for a lazy afternoon in the shade. Fully furnished kitchen; everything need to prepare meals if you desire. Dishwasher to do your dishes while you are out playing. You will find all the small appliances you need, from coffee maker to crock pot. Bedroom; Queen size bed, so a good nights rest is assured. High end linens.TV in bed room. Walk in closet with gun safe. Living Room; Sofa couch has a top of the line, air mattress if you want to sleep four, game table w/ some games, Satellite TV. Uninterrupted view from window is of Mount Charleston. Bath; Tub/Shower, fully furnished with toiletries and again high end towels. The "Bunkhouse" is a duplex. The CASA apartment is on the right end. The common wall adjoin bath rooms and kitchens. You won't hear other guests if there are any.

This is a gem near the Death Valley. Has everything you need and more! Fully equipped with an amazing kitchen which even has a rice cooker

Very nice 1 bedroom apartment. Kitchen and bathroom were nice and stocked with plenty of necessities. The laundry room was a plus!! The only downside was that the sofa sleeper needs to be replaced or fixed. The owner is working on that. It was a nice, quiet place. The owner, Steven, was very pleasant to talk to via email and the phone. He apprciatez any comments good or bad. Hes open to fixing any problems. Thank you for a nice stay.

My son and I planned 3 days of hiking in Death Valley. Parumph is my go to place to stay when hiking there. The house is sooooo easy to check into. It's also fully stocked with almost anything you'll need. The host is very communicative and responsive. I love the swinging benches on the porch. Excellent stay overall and I'll definitely be back!

The owner showed cars and wants guests to be comfortable and feel at home, very friendly and nice. The property was clean and in a great shape and well maintained.

For being a VRBO rookie the booking experience was easy and the followup with the owner was unexpected but a wonderful treat.
The Casa unit was exactly as described and when I entered the unit I was still blown away by how nice it was. The stay was flawless and the checkout was easy to follow before leaving. Would I consider another stay here? Absolutely!
The VRBO bar has been set very high now with this wonderful property.

I enjoyed having the space to spread out, the kitchen with all amenities and the quiet surroundings. If you forget something, it’s probably available at the property. Nice and comfortable.

Very clean and comfortable. Everything you need for an extended stay, down to condiments and containers for leftovers if you cook too much. Linda (housekeeper) is a wonderful lady!! Thank you for an excellent stay. Very good value.

Comforts of home are found here! I loved the kitchen set up with all the spices, condiments, coffee, small appliances to use. And fresh eggs awaiting us when we arrived. The front porch swing is AWESOME! I need one when I move into my house.
I would recommend either cushions or sanding/ varnish? because there are a few splinters if not careful. The nights are quiet, beautiful Sunsets and Sunrise. Thank you Steve for such great communication and a wonderful place to stay. Karen

A couple of friends and I stayed here. It was a very clean place. Great communication between the owner and I. He called me a day or 2 after I reserved. He was very friendly and professional. The house keeper lives right across the street on case we needed anything. There were fresh eggs, which was nice. I would definitely stay here again.
