Very convenient location for a short stay of 3 days.

The apartments are near the water & an abundance of restaurants. The apartments are well equipped.

Perfect

The place was two floor apartment for three people. The first floor has a coach that can be changed into a bed for one and also a kitchen equipped with anything you can need. Also there is a small bathroom in this floor. The second floor has a bedroom for two with a double bed, a small balcony with the wire of sea and a bathroom with a bathtube. There is more than enough towels for the bath and also for the beach. The location was perfect with only five minutes walk to everywhere (market, restaurants, beach etc) It was so clean and also everyday routine cleanup is done. The only problem was the sound of the waves and the wind through the night :). There is a propeller in the basement and an air conditioner in the upper floor but there is no need for those if you sleep with the windows open (between 14th and 19th of August). Do not hesitate to book if you are looking for an apartment for three in Kokkari.

The appartment was better than expected.

We had a large Balcony, and the appartment was bigger than the fotos had shown. The bed in particular was better, than we normally see in Samos. The airconditiion well-functioning. The cleaning was abolutely flawless, and we will definately be back. The host was very friendly, and kept in contact all week - just to see if everything was okay.

The interior was a bit old and scruffy, but still everything was very clean - so it did'nt really matter.

The friendly welcome from an excellent host. The host was very quick to respond to queries. Excellent location. We felt very well looked after and look forward to returning.

We have been to Kokkari a few times, this is the best apartment we’ve had. Highly recommended, we will be re-booking.

Room was bigger than expected, with an extra big entrance / kitchen space, also big balcony, even though thd view of the sea was only partial.

Location was central and so perfect for those who like to be where the action is. The view from the balcony was great. The hostess was kind and helpful.
