The house was incredibly comfortable, beautifully designed and thoughtfully decorated. It has the warm and cozy feeling of a mountain retreat, surrounded by nature and greenery — a perfect place to relax and disconnect. The furniture and little decorative details were lovely, and the house had everything we could possibly need during our stay.
Our hosts was also wonderful and very attentive. They gave us clear directions and all the information we needed before our arrival and stayed in touch throughout our stay. They were also very kind and flexible in allowing us an early check-in and a late check-out, which we really appreciated. We felt very comfortable and truly enjoyed our stay.
There was nothing we personally disliked. The house is located up in the hills, surrounded by nature and forest, so it is a little away from the busier parts of the island. Since we had already explored Samos before, this wasn’t a disadvantage for us at all — in fact, we really enjoyed the peaceful setting, privacy and feeling of being surrounded by nature.

We had a very nice and peaceful time at Maison Kyriakou. The house is clean, fully equipped and comfortable. It stayed cool even in the summer heat. We enjoyed sitting outside under the tree and having breakfast on the balcony with beautiful views. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy the island. We would love to come back!

The house is very big and has a lot of free space for the number of guests, including a large yard, shaded by a big tree. What really won us over was the peace and quiet. The house is at the end of a very small and very traditional village, facing a dense pine forest. There was easy access to nice hikes and a nice tavern at the village. We had little reason to leave the place. This is a great destination to relax and unload.
The only downside is the road going up to the village, which is winding and rather narrow.
