Situated in Kure Beach, this attractive house for $291 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Lots of NEW updates and touches! ☀️🌊🏖️ BRAND NEW MATTRESSES! The perfect getaway! Our beach home is a true gem and the perfect place to make new memories. It’s also pet friendly with prior approval. It has been fully updated and is equipped with everything you’ll need to have an amazing vacation. With just a short walk (or drive) to public beach access just down the street, you are only minutes to ocean and all the fun that awaits you at Kure Beach. The inside of the home offers the following features: Let’s start with this!! Pellet ice machine just like chic-fila! Yup! It’s as amazing as it sounds. As much as you want during your stay! ❤️👏🏽❤️ 2 Bedrooms – A master bedroom with a king-sized bed, large closet, dresser, 2 night stand tables with drawers and a flat screen tv + a second bedroom that contains two spacious bunk beds with double sized bottom bunks, twin sized top bunks, night stand, shoe storage area with luggage stand and a dresser. Each bedroom has regular blinds and blackout shades to ensure the most restful sleep and includes linens! 2 Bathrooms – A bathroom with a shower/tub combination and one with a walk-in shower. Shampoo/conditioner and towels are provided for your convenience. Large, Open Kitchen – This state of the art kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, cooking utensils, a Keurig coffee machine (small regular coffee machine too) blender, a Cuisinart, ice cream maker and an under counter ice machine that makes ‘rabbit pellet’ ice cubes ideal for both drinks and filling your cooler to take to the beach. Dining Area – Consists of a large dining table that expands to accommodate a larger crowd, as needed. It has a large cushioned bench and chairs for seating. Cozy Living Room – A lot of care has gone into preserving the ‘old charm’ of the antique, knotty pine wood wall paneling while creating a very open, inviting respite. This is the original coast guard house of Kure Beach! A big sectional sofa (with a fold out double bed) is the perfect place to enjoy the large flat screen tv with Blu-ray player and a Bose radio. There is also built in storage in the corner of the living room containing board games, playing cards, puzzles, DVDs and much more for your entertainment. The outside of the home offers the following features: Top loading washer and dryer - Detergent is provided. Private HUGE outdoor shower – The perfect area to rinse off the sun lotion and sand after a long day at the beach. The shower has both hot and cold water and an area to store your towel and clothes while you shower. It’s HUGE and totally private! Undercover Carport – For storing your vehicle(s) or beach toys, especially nice on rainy days. Clothing Line – For hanging up your wet bathing suits, clothes, towels so they can dry in the fresh ocean breeze. Fully Fenced-In Backyard – A large, grassy area perfect for playing outside and doing cartwheels :) There is also a patio area with a couch, loveseat chairs, tables and a grill covered by a canopy to keep you cool on hotter days. Outdoor Storage Building – Houses beach chairs, beach umbrella, fishing poles, beach toys, buckets, shovels, boogie boards, corn hole game portable for the beach, beach checkers, Bocce ball set, casting net, 2 adult bikes, and beach wagon for your use. WE SUPPLY ALL YOUR BEACH TOYS AND NEEDS SO YOU DONT HAVE TO!! Don’t forget we provide beach towels too! There is seating in the front yard with a table for your drinks where you can actually sit and see the ocean! It's such a treat to say we "DO" have an ocean view! :) The town of Kure Beach is a bustling beach community and there is so much to enjoy in walking distance to the house to include the Atlantic ocean, pier, restaurants, playground, tennis and basketball courts, baseball field and Frisbee golf course. Inside our home, you will find a folder with detailed information on the many places to eat and activities to experience. Nearby is Carolina Beach where you can drive your 4-wheel drive vehicle onto the beach at Freeman Park and a harbor where you can rent Sea Doos and deep sea fishing boats. There is also a very impressive NC Aquarium at Fort Fisher and access to the ferry system that can transport you to Southport and Baldhead Islands. Our family has loved Kure Beach for 45 years with many generations having had the opportunity to enjoy this little piece of heaven. We have no doubt you will cherish your time here as much as we have in each and every season. Whether you are a family, a couple or just getting away by yourself for a bit of rest and relaxation, it’s the perfect place to reconnect, recharge and revel in the beauty around you. Perfect spot for our quick beach trip - house was well stocked (plenty of towels, blankets, dishes etc for our family of 5), in a nice location for the beach (5 minute walk or less). Quiet street, at least in the offseason. We loved walking the neighborhood with our dogs or biking (2 bikes available for use). The backyard was perfect for our dogs - very secure and they loved having room to run!

There are so many great things I could say about our stay. First off, the location was great. It is only three short blocks from the beach, we had no issue going back and forth. The neighborhood was wonderful, quiet and very welcoming.
The house was absolutely perfect! Almost all of the basics are provided, which makes packing and traveling much easier. The house is very cozy and clean, there were plenty of towels for all of us, and the ice machine was my favorite!! There is plenty of beach equipment available which came in handy for us.
Our communication with the owners was wonderful. They are quick to respond and extremely welcoming. We could only stay for the weekend but were wishing it was longer by the time we had to leave. The outdoor space is absolutely beautiful at night as well. I could easily write a book about how much we enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this place. I was iffy about it being pet-friendly since we were not traveling with pets but you can’t tell there have every been any animals here. We can’t wait to visit again!

This is the most perfect property for a family especially with pups! The location and comfortable Jess of the house was beyond amazing! The host was amazing as she replied immediately to anything I needed! Awesome place to stay and we will be back!

My family spent a few days away from our hectic life in Boston. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the quiet of the beach before the summer rush. The host was awesome! -very responsive to any questions or needs. The fenced-in backyard was great for our fur babies.

This cottage is comfortable, near to the beach, and near to many attractions. We enjoyed the yard as well, since we had a toddler and 2 dogs with us.
The owner was very helpful with her recommendations, too.

Great little house in a lovely quiet neighborhood minutes from the sand and surf. Ashley was great to communicate with before and during our trip. The house was decorated in a nice beachy theme. It was stocked with everything you could need.
We loved the patio and fenced yard for us and our fur babies! The covered carport was great for those rainy days.
The water pressure in the showers was fantastic however to use the handheld, it can be a stretch for us who are "vertically challenged". It is a short walk (3 blocks) to the beach and some restaurants. We cut our stay short due to Mother Nature's mood of the week. We enjoyed our stay and my only recommendation would be for a mattress upgrade in the master bedroom. Ashley was quick to respond to any questions before and during our trip.

However our trip was ruined by the Host: 30 minutes after departure I received a message saying the Bose stereo remote was missing and that it was there when we checked in. I responded and made it clear that I didn’t see this remote during our stay . The host then reached out again and stated that it was missing ( the cleaning crew inventory’s this type of things ) I was shocked that the host insinuated that we took this remote. The house is ok but I will never stay there again because of the way the Host handled . This situation.

We stayed here last year and loved it so much that we returned again this year. The house is perfect for our family. Plenty of room in each bedroom and then a great family area for relaxing, watching movies, and playing games. Everything in Carolina Beach is nearby (but the noise is far enough away) so we feel like we get the best of both worlds. We hope to continue our streak next year!

We absolutely loved our stay. We were only a 7 minute walk to eat at the delicious restaurants by the pier/beach. 4 minute walk to the beach. You couldn’t ask for anything more. The house was beautifully decorated, and the host was very nice with all communications. We never had to take our car anywhere. Everything was all close by that we needed!! Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful home.

Everything was nice and clean. We were frustrated with the tv. We are used to satellite or cable which ad said. We like live news and sports and that was not possible. Some of the streaming wouldn’t work all the time. Glad to have a yard fenced in.

Great beach vacation
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The house was as described plenty of beach accessories! The hosts were super I had to change my dates due to a family situation and they were very accommodating. I was planning on bringing my dog but decided to leave her with a sitter. The house and yard are perfect for your furry friends. This was my first visit to Kure Beach but won’t be my last and if this cottage is available would stay again in a heart beat!

PERFECTION
I came with my husband and two children 4 yrs and 5. We brought a few things, such as our own chairs and tent and mattress protector in case one of our kids had an accident on the bed at night. Turns out all the mattresses had mattress protector already. The owners as stated had umbrella, chairs, beach toys for you. Ashley left a nice note welcoming us to the home. We found the home had everything one could ever need. Hair dryer, towels, cue tips, body spray, a few kid books(which I found helpful when my kids wanted a bedtime story read to them), detergent provided for laundry, dryer sheets so clothes can smell fresh, beach towels, dish washing detergent, games such as hi ho cherry-o, puzzles for kids and adults, poker game, etc, . They also had wine in the fridge for those who drink. In case you forgot to bring breakfast there was a small pack of cereal and some pop tarts to get you through the morning until you can go grocery shopping. When I say literally everything was thought of, I mean everything I could ever need except for large amount of food and clothes. My kids enjoyed it and didn't want to leave.

We had a great time in Kure Beach and the location of this home had a lot to do with it. We were within walking/biking distance to almost everything. The house is spacious, great for relaxing and a wonderful backyard for our dogs. Ashley always responded immediately to my questions. We will definitely be staying here again!
