Situated in Indian Wells, this charming house for $1,250 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. CUSTOM SPANISH ESTATE. Need a break from zoom, online schooling, and just plain boredom ? Come stay with family, friends, and your loved ones in this private, totally enclosed estate on 1/2 acre. Super high speed internet with mesh router. Xtra large jacuzzi, keurig and regular coffee with kcups and ground coffee, extra large dining table, plenty of restaurants with delivery and patio dining or cook your meals in our fully stocked kitchen. This house is such a fun place to stay. We went for a family milestone birthday and had grandparents to teenagers. There was enough room for everyone to enjoy time together and have some privacy when they wanted it. The backyard was the perfect place to hang out by the pool, and we barbecued, played cornhole, etc! Robert was so helpful and responsive, I highly recommend renting any property he manages!

Five couples, long term friends, from three different states enjoy a long weekend
Originally a 50th birthday party event, we finally were able to get the gang together for his 51st birthday. And it was wonderful! The house was spacious and comfortable for our party of 10. The backyard, spa, pool, game area and patio were well utilized by our group. We also grilled and cooked quite a bit. And the RAMS won the Super Bowl! Our weekend was amazing with this close knit group of friends!

This place was amazing. It's centrally located near just about everything. Each room has a little bit of a different personality and there's a lot of space between many of the rooms. The bathrooms are just great.
Check in and out was extremely easy and the host was very responsive to my questions. I highly recommend staying here.

Robert, was fantastic and very quick to address any and all problems/questions that came up. He responded in under 10 minutes both times I attempted to communicate with him.
The only weird quirk that didn’t really matter to us since we were there to spend time poolside was that a couple of the TV/remotes were not fully functional. We couldn’t get the picture to turn on for one and couldn’t get the remote to work at all on another so had to use the controls on the side of the TV.
All in all, we would definitely stay here again and were so happy with our little cousins getaway!

It worked out perfect for all our friends, manager was great even left a few drinks in a fridge for us. They need to replace the house fridge cause it doesn’t get very cold but we made it work. Great spot.

We had our kids and grandkids with us so we played hard in the pool. The pebble Tec is in terrible shape and it shredded the bottom of our feet and scraped the toddlers’ knees at the step edges.
The house itself is great and the spacing of the bedrooms provides a lot of privacy. The host, Robert, was very communicative and helpful. If you you are a group of adults who wants to float in the pool, I don’t think the rough bottom will bother you. But if you come with kids who want to roughhouse and play in the pool, choose another house.

Perfect Vacation Home for a Large Group
This house has everything you need for a relaxing get away with friends or family. Pool was amazing during the day and the spa was perfect for the chillier evenings in March. Plenty of space for friends or family to spread out. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook the food we purchased within walking distance (Albertsons). We walked to Starbucks a couple of mornings, but a large coffee pot was available. The home was clean and Robert was great to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for large family
This house(houses) had everything we needed. The pool, the hot tub, the extra bedrooms, grill area, putting green, wifi- all amenities kept our little ones and the adults entertained.
The property is close to grocery stores and golf courses (these are our necessities). Robert was great. He was very responsive. We will definitely return!

Perfect house for the perfect weekend!
This house makes for the perfect weekend!! Everyone had their own room and own space, and there was everything we needed for an epic weekend. Was so great to all grill and lounge in the pool all together all day. And the large hot tub was great to fit everyone too. Couldn’t have asked for a better weekend. And Robert was so quick to answer all of my questions throughout the planning process too. We would 100% love to come back and stay again! In fact people kept saying “I’m never leaving!”

The property was not as nice as depicted in pictures. The house was clean but so full of furniture it was hard to get around. The putting green shown in pictures was in poor shape and nearly unusable. Not having control of the hot tub and when you could turn on the heat was disappointing. The property does provide a good pool and the beds were as listed and comfortable.

We had a great time! A few negatives- the floors were really dirty, a door handle is broken, the TVs needed to have directions the one in the front bedroom with the patio door didn’t work at all. Other than that everything worked out just great. Thanks!

Thanksgiving reunion
We had a family reunion thanksgiving celebration. The house was perfect for our group of nine with beds to spare. Robert was very responsive to our request for a pack n play and a high chair for our grand daughter. The kitchen had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving feast. Pool and hot tub were great. We would definitely be back!!!

Great vacation getaway
My friends and I have enjoyed this spacious home for 4 consecutive years. The home has been painted and has some updated furniture. It's very comfortable. It has great amenities and is in a good location. The only area lacking this year is the kitchen in the main house. While there were a good amount of paper supplies, the main kitchen lacked some essential utensils. The refrigerator in one guest house was also missing. Otherwise, we highly recommend this home for a large group.

This property is incredible and perfect for a big group! The owner is great at communicating and was super accommodating all around. We had a group of 13 stay there and all of them raved on and on about how perfect the home was. If you’re headed to the Palm Springs area, this is the perfect place to stay. The home is also equipped with everything you need. For example, we were there for a bachelorette party and there was a box already on the property filled with tape, tacks, etc. to help us out while putting up the decorations. The owner thought of everything and I would 100% recommend this property to anyone over and over.

Great place for time with Friends
We were looking for a place for 13 of us to relax and get away from the world for a few days. This place absolutely fit the bill. Clean, welcoming, and comfortable, there was plenty of space for everyone to have their privacy as well as wonderful communal spaces.
We spent most of our time relaxing in the pool or enjoying our meals at the large tables. The kitchen was stocked well with supplies and even spices! We cooked all our meals and only left to pick up some needed items. It is conveniently located to wonderful shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores. A really great location.
Check in was super easy, and our host was helpful and responded the the few questions I had very quickly.
Overall, a wonderful experience and a great place to relax and enjoy Palm Desert. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Desert Oasis For Relaxing Bachelorette
We searched high and low for the perfect bachelorette pad before coming across the Spanish Estate in Palm Desert. It far exceeded our expectations and suited our group of 13 perfectly. The main house has 4 bedrooms/3 bath, there are 2 casitas (1/1 and 2/1) and even a little outdoor bathroom to make it easy when you are using the pool! The house has so many hidden surprises. It was well stocked with everything we needed and the AC worked like a dream. Highly recommend if you have a large group and want to enjoy the place you are staying!!!

We had an excellent experience! The house has so much space, a lovely pool and hot tub, and it was very clean. Perfect for our bachelorette party. Especially loved that there are tables large enough for everyone to gather around for meals, games, etc. (we had 13 guests). The owner was very responsive and helpful in planning and once we arrived. Nice big house to stay with large family or friends
We loved the house, rooms were very private from each other. Pool area was great, lots of towels were provided.
I gave it 4 stars because the kitchen was dirty and all the glasses and plates had to be rewashed. We were 14 girls, was did not enough coffee cups, wine glasses and forks for all of us. We ate spaghetti with cake forks.
I wish Jacuzzi could be used any time we wanted but it was an extra $50 charge before 6pm.
AC control was locked we wished we could control the way we liked it. But that was not a big deal.
I totally recommend this house over all we had a great time.

What a beautiful change from our Colorado snow and cold!
We had 7 couples and all had plenty of space. Would highly recommend for 5 couples or a few families. The pool was heated and impeccably clean. Plenty of pool toys for fun. We would have spent more time in it had it not been exceptionally cold for February, still managed a few swims and hot tub time.
Two king casita lacks a little privacy for the second couple since only 1 "bedroom" has a door. And those in the house master have to walk through the queen room to get to the main rooms and the queen room has to go into the master to use the bathroom. We've known each other for almost 30 years so it worked for us.
Kitchen was well outfitted with dishes as well as cooking and serving items. We had some issues with the oven and dishwasher which the owner tried to address but was unable to remedy during our stay so he did credit us a small amount. Made us just have to eat out more. Not a bad thing to do in this restaurant rich town.
Fun eclectic architecture. Overall, we would stay here again.

The house is really cool. Very eclectic. Owners think of everything. Professionally managed property. Backyard is the game changer! We had 20+ people during the day and 14 overnight. Accommodations were very comfortable and spacious. We will be back!

- It is very inconvenient that spa & pool cannot heat at the same time (did not know this when booking)
- House is not only very dated but it is in need of maintenance & repairs
