Comfortable and pretty

WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE ACCOMODATIONS, THE STAFF WAS OUTSTANDING AND THE PROPERTY WAS BEAUTIFUL.

WE WERE QUOTED A PRICE OF $581.64 BUT AT CHECK OUT THE TOTAL PRICE WAS $671.79. THEY SAID THAT IT WAS AN ADDITIONAL TAX OF $90.

Beds were comfortable.

Weak shower, unknowledgeable/incompetent staff at desk and restaurant.

The layout with rooms dotted around gardens. It was lovely to wander in fresh air thru to my room. Ground staff were friendly.

So much. Firstly had pay over $1000 Aus deposit on arrival (despite having already paid for my stay). This meant I had unlock suitcase , rummage thru get out other card , go online unlock card to allow larger transaction. Then there was dirty glass outside room. It stayed there for 5 days. The patio door wouldn’t lock without huge effort (ultimately I kept asking staff to tend to it). Coffee kept running out at reception. Hidden pool had what looked like pieces of nappy/pad on bottom of it. Plus dirty towels left for hrs & really what sort of place has to put up a sign at pool to tell people with diarrhoea not to use it! Late nite Check in guy was nice but other bar staff & others inside terrible/miserable. I was at conf at Indian well resort & went to Hyatt also. They don’t have tell people to stay out of pools & were exceptionally friendly staff at these other 2 resorts.
