Located in Lower Grand Lagoon, this attractive condo for $239 per night is a great choice for your next break. BEAUTIFUL 2 BD/2 BA, BEACH FRONT CONDO; BEACH SERVICE INCLUDED! GOING COASTAL! Beachfront, low floor, professionally decorated. Unique to Seychelles. Our unit is on the 3rd floor with a gorgeous view of the gulf. Did you know that the master bedrooms in the majority of Seychelles units other than the end caps DO NOT offer a direct view of the gulf? NOT OURS! Wouldn’t you rather walk directly out onto the balcony from the master suite and enjoy your favorite morning or evening beverage? BE SURE TO CHECK OUT OUR OTHER PROPERTIES: VRBO/244216, VRBO/419083 & VRBO/1214254 The master suite offers a dreamy king size bed and 40' flat panel TV. Room darkening curtains are installed so you you can sleep in late, you won't know what time it is nor should you care, THIS IS YOUR VACATION! Sleep with the curtains open and it is like you are sleeping directly on the beach under the stars. This unit can sleep 4 adults comfortably with bedding available for up to six persons (6). The bunk room has been converted into a cozy bedroom with a queen bed and flat panel TV. Sleeper sofa in the living room sleeps two more. Cozy kitchen provides all the amenities of home; microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc. A stacked washer and dryer is located in the utility room for your convenience. If you are looking for a beach get-a-way this is the unit for you! BEACH SERVICE is included from early March to Mid-October. This includes two lounge chairs and umbrella laid out daily on the beach. See rental agreement for details. WI-FI is available throughout the complex at no extra cost. You can also check out our other condo's at VRBO. At Treasure Island VRBO listing numbers 244216 and 419083 and at Gulf Crest VRBO listing 1214254. Once you park you will never have to get back into your car and you won’t want to. Several restaurants are within walking distance. Enjoy live music and entertainment at one of the local favorites; Schooner’s on the Beach which is right next door. Order a pizza from Shore Shack pizza across the street. Walk to Patches Pub for local color. BEWARE OF SCAMS: THIS UNIT IS ONLY RENTED OUT VIA VRBO, HOMEAWAY and its Partners or by direct contact with the owner. WE WILL NEVER ADVERTISE THIS UNIT VIA CRAIGSLIST OR ANY SIMILAR CLASSIFIED ADS. ELECTRONIC DOOR LOCKS, no waiting in line to check in at office! NO NEED TO TAKE AN ELEVATOR, just park on the top deck of the parking garage and walk directly to the unit. Both the master bedroom and living room have gorgeous views of the gulf. Step directly onto the balcony and sip your favorite beverage. The PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FEE includes Clean Fee, one (1) Parking Pass, Property Band Rental for Common Area, Damage Waiver covering up to $1500 in damage (see section on DAMAGE WAIVER FEE in Rental Agreement) and Office Processing fee. A valid Visa, Master Card or Discover Card number is required to be on file. PARKING: A parking fee of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25) will be included in your reservation quote. The pass can be found in the unit upon your arrival. The parking garage is for owners and guests only as spaces are limited. It will be the responsibility of the guest to display the pass in its proper location with the required information being fully visible from outside the vehicle at all times while parked on Seychelles property. If the vehicle does not have a rear view mirror, the required information on the pass must be fully visible from the driver’s side dash at all times while parked on Seychelles property. All unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners' expense. Please note Seychelles contains 1.1 parking spaces per unit, therefore during the peak season one space per unit will be adhered to closely for fairness of owners and guests. When permissible a second pass can be requested at an additional fee of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25). 2024 PARKING BLACK OUT DATES: Blackout dates are dates that each unit is restricted to one vehicle being parked on association property. This is designed to ensure each unit has access to a parking spot as stated in the Declaration of Condominium. The 2024 Blackout dates are listed below: May 1 through July 27 August 27 through September 3 October- Sunday of Schooner’ Lobster Fest, should it occur **Extended Blackout dates are due to the garage repair work**

We love Panama City, our 3rd visit. Our Condo was beautiful, the nicest we have ever stayed in. The kitchen was so well stocked with things you need, toaster, knives, pots pans. A quiet dishwasher, great ice maker, a full size stackable washer and dryer. Loved the big balcony, and the bedroom on the front looking over the ocean. Just a great stay, can't wait to go back.

We absolutely loved this condo! It was the perfect size for our family of four, the kitchen was very well equipped, beautifully decorated and clean! The king bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and they had plenty of extra pillows! This unit is right next to the elevators which was super convenient especially with kids! Gerry was so easy to get a hold of and responded quickly to any questions that we had. We were so sad to leave but we will definitely be back!

This condo is very clean and well stocked. The communication with the owner was excellent. We especially loved the high top table and chairs on the balcony. The TV’s in the main living area and Main bedroom room are awesome. The washer and dryer were a higher quality than most and actually dried our towels.

This is our favorite area of PCB. We call it the quiet end. Close to St. Andrews State Park. We’ve been staying at Seychelles for ten years. Love that it is next door to Schooner’s. Makes for easy access to drinks while on the beach and a great spot for lunch or dinner. We chose this condo with its perfect location on the 3rd floor - easily park on the top level of the parking garage and walk across the bridge directly to your condo - no elevator needed! Owner is very communicative and has a very clean and updated condo. We will definitely stay in this unit again!

This is the 3rd time we have stayed in this unit. We love the location. So many great restaurants within a short drive or just walk next door to Schooners. We appreciated the beach service, boy that spoiled us. Gerry the owner is prompt and courteous with any questions.

We enjoyed staying at Seychelles. The extra touches with decor, lounge chair on patio, hand soap, and cleaner was nice! Plenty of hangers, which was a huge plus for our family of 5. The host was PHENOMENAL with some issues that did arise and did everything in his power to correct issues. Being able to park on the 3rd floor and walk into the room was nice! Two elevators did stop working several times during our stay, but the steps were nearby for when working elevator was too crowded. And the elevator in parking deck was available when needed. Excellent view from balcony and loved having a door to the balcony in the master so we could go out in the mornings without waking the kids in the living room. Complimentary chairs for beach service is a great addition as well.

I was surprised how clean and spacious the condo was. The extra room was small but everything else was beyond expectations. Great view from the balcony of the beach and surrounding area. And the beds were a dream! Definitely booking this again.
Also the manager was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed .

We loved our stay in this Condo. I was skeptical about the noise being right at the elevators on the main entry level however the previous reviews were on point. The quiet hours were observed and noise was minimal unless you were napping during the day. The mattress was comfortable and the unit had everything we needed, including a blender.

Family Vacation
We have stayed at Seychelles several times and always enjoy it. This unit is exactly as shown and had everything we needed. Gerry was very easy to communicate with. The convenience of the 3rd floor was a bonus and elevator noise was not an issue as quiet hours were observed.

We had at fantastic time at Seychelle's #305. We thought being right by the elevator would be loud, but it turned out to be the perfect location for us! Condo was everything advertised. Super clean, tastefully decorated with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Gerry was very communicative and helpful. The view of the Gulf is amazing and the beach literally steps away. The only thing to be aware of is the proximity to the elevator—it can be a little noisy at times. Not an issue for us though.

Just what we needed
The property suited our needs for an extended getaway. It was clean, well maintained, and well equipped. We stayed for six weeks, preparing most of our meals in the kitchen (in light of the ongoing pandemic). Gerry facilitated our arrival and departure, and was quick to respond to our occasional questions. We would be happy to spend more time in this property.
