Situated in Catalina Foothills, this attractive house for $55 per night is a great option for your next trip. State Tax #21272215 Convenient location, near midtown Tucson. Casita M is a 400 square foot one bedroom with king size bed, one bathroom with walk-in shower, separate kitchen and living room. The unit has a nice size south facing walled private yard near the pool which is accessible from the bedroom. Carefully chosen fixtures and furnishings are for your comfort and enjoyment. All casitas are furnished with linens, blankets, and towels. The living room has leather furniture, a flat screen TV (cable tv), and the kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and dining utensils. The casita has its own full size washer and dryer off rear courtyard in closet. We do provide free secure parking in our gated parking lot for one car per casita. All parking is in assigned parking spaces. Traveling with a second vehicle, they are able to park on the street outside the complex, or if available we do have a few additional parking spaces for rent at $10 per night extra. Dogs up to 60 pounds allowed provided they are not a 'pit bull or pit bull mix', do NOT bark, and are not left in the unit alone unless crated. There is a limit of 2 dogs per unit. NO OTHER TYPES OF PETS ARE ALLOWED! Please note: hosting a party, or group gathering such as a wedding, funeral, circus, baby showers, birthday parties, dinner parties etc are not allowed and will result in immediate eviction. Plan to have a couple of friends for family members over please just let us know. They will need to park on the street and you will need to escort them in. The site is an acre in size, there are 8 cameras that record 24/7 on the property. The cameras are located on the exterior of the buildings and allow the Owners to view the parking lot, property entrances, pool area and rear portion of the site. No cameras view or record inside the building or in the private rear yards of each unit. Pool: there is a large pool in the center of the property that is open 8 am to 8 pm and is for use by paying guests only. All kids 17 and under must be supervised by an adult-the adult must be in the pool area when their underaged guest/child is in the pool area. We do not heat the pool. Smoking is allowed in parking lot only, smoking is not allowed on other areas on this property. You will be asked to leave the property and forfeit the remaining portion of your payment if found to be smoking in the unit or refuse to smoke only in the parking lot. If smoking is noticed inside our rental, you will be charged for a thorough professional cleaning at a minimum of $250 to clean all bedding, furniture, walls, etc. Additional charges- Rental rate is based upon double occupancy (meaning up to 2 people in a unit) We charge for additional guests above 2-this includes kids. Additional guest fee is $30 per person per night. Have someone stay just one night-you need to pay for that guest for that one night ahead of time. You must notify us ahead of time if you do have additional guests stay the night so we can collect the additional fees. Sales tax is 12.1% and collected for all rental payments and fees.

We went to Tuscan for a quick trip to find warm weather. Well the weather didn’t really cooperate but the stay at our VRBO made up for the chilly weather. The place is so inviting and cozy with a great back patio that gets some nice sun. The entire complex is neat and clean and very quiet. It is very convenient getting around on a bicycle and getting to the bicycle path that loops around town. We will definitely stay here again and looking forward to returning.

My Husband and I stayed here for parents weekend at University of Arizona. We would absolutely stay here again. We had a few questions before we arrived and they were answered immediately. Communication with the owners was great. We are hoping to come back each parents weekend and stay again.

Casita M was very compact and perfect for recovering from knee replacement surgery. Excellent restaurants and grocery stores close by. Very quiet neighborhood and always felt safe. Very nice patio and good place to relax with Tucson's good weather.

I stayed here for 6 weeks and the property was always quiet and I felt very safe. Property managers were quick to respond to any questions/concerns I had. Wifi was a little spotty and relatively inconsistent, but other than that had a great experience!

Fry’s grocery store a block away, so very convenient. Gated property. Sketchy neighborhood but never felt unsafe. Nicer area just a few blocks away. Quiet. Would definitely rent here again. Central to everything we wanted to do.

The casita was quiet and nicely appointed. The shower was good with lots of hot water. The patio was okay - could have used more landscaping. The downside was the unreliable wifi - we were constantly having to reboot the modem. Not really acceptable in today’s world.

I stayed here for 30-days for business. I really enjoyed the casita! The place was very quite. My work required me to get to sleep early and wake early. Never was there a disturbance that kept me awake. I would highly recommend this location. The owners are terrific... just want to make sure that your expectations are met.

We were very pleased with our accommodations. The casita is just as described. Very clean, nicely decorated and furnished. Loved the private patio with easy access to the pool (weather too cold to use). A hot tub would be really nice! Great location for hiking, day trips to parks, etc. Would definitely recommend staying here. Owners super easy to work with.
