Situated in Sosua, this lovely house for $506 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This 7-bedroom, 6-bathroom villa is located in Sosua (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), with a size of approximately 4400 sqf. The residence has a private pool, is walking distance to the beach and is steps from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.) Main features include: - Fully furnished and equipped: all linen and towels are provided, along with a starter kit of consumables (soap, water, toilet paper etc.) - 2 Cable TVs - Wi-Fi internet - Large villa on 2 floors - Air conditioning, Fans - Terrace / Balcony - BBQ by the pool - Tropical garden - Parking - Backup generator - On-site administration office - 24/7 security - The residence also boasts a tennis court, a basketball court, a children playground and an on-site restaurant. A few house rules: - The residence is guest-friendly, you can invite anybody anytime (without any additional fee). The maximum overnight capacity is 2 adults per bedroom. - Pets are not allowed. - Smoking is only allowed in the outside areas. - Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence. - Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (if you arrive outside office hours, a prior arrangement is required, and an additional fee may apply). The rental rate includes all charges except electricity. Other optional services (maid, chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be arranged upon request. Rates vary according to seasons and the duration of your stay: discounts are possible for long-term rentals and last-minute bookings.

THANK YOU FABIO AND NANCY . THIS VILLA WAS GREAT. ENRICO MADE SURE EVERYTHING WE WANTED OR NEEDED WAS TAKEN CARE OF IMMEDIATELY. THE MAIDS, POOL MAN, AND SECURITY GUARDS WERE ALL VERY ACCOMMODATING.

My two friends and I were fortunate enough to be able to spend 18 sun-soaked days in this beautiful residence. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the property was maintained to a high level. The private pool was wonderful for quiet relaxation, and on the few rainy days we had, the covered patio allowed us to sit outside. The distance to downtown and the beaches is easily walked to within 10-15 minutes, although there is a bit of a hill coming back that will give your cardio a workout. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful and the cleaning staff were excellent. Being in a gated community certainly gives you a feeling of ease, and the back up power was definitely a bonus the few times the rest of the city was blacked out. Overall we had a wonderful and relaxing vacation and thank the owners and staff for providing us the opportunity to stay here. I would highly recommend this residence to others. Albert

The villa was as advertised and the owner was very responsive. I would definitely recommend this villas to anyone. I know I will be returning again...hopefully soon! Thanks to Enrico!
