Perfect for a family vacation or adult time away, this one has it all. With lots of windows & natural light flooding in, it's always breezy & bright! The now open floor plan offers a kitchen, dining and living space that is perfect for family gatherings. Let the space flow out into the newly added farmer's porch or out into the extensive backyard. This is now a brand new home with central air! Vaulted ceilings adorn the living, dining area and vertical shiplap has replaced all the old drywall. As you enter the front door, you are greeted with a beautiful new kitchen in white with all new Thermador appliances, custom cabinetry & large center island with seating. Drop your keys off at the built-in foyer area and enjoy! Grab a drink at the custom, built-in bar with storage and enjoy dinner in the full dining room with seating for eight. Natural light pours into the living room in the afternoons through the rear wall of windows. A gas fireplace has been added for those cooler nights. Built into the fireplace above is a brand new smart TV with access to Netflix, Hulu & Amazon Prime, which can be viewed from anywhere in the living space. Two bathrooms are shower only, with a tub and shower in the third bedroom. All bedrooms have new Simmons pillow top mattresses with luxury bedding & duvets from Cuddle Down and fully down pillows, as well as TV/cable. A separate laundry room has been equipped with two brand new sets of front loading washer and dryers by Electrolux . Along the adjacent wall are floor to ceiling storage cabinets equipped with all your basic needs from cleaning supplies to beach toys! A built-in drying rack completes the space. We were in town for a long weekend for a wedding. The location was absolutely perfect, about an eight minute walk into town. Lots of restaurants and shopping. Host was very nice and always responded quickly … We were able to check in a little bit earlier and check out a little bit later. The house was newly renovated and it’s absolutely beautiful. Has everything you need for the weekend! Would definitely recommend this location and would absolutely stay here again.

I cannot say enough great things about this property. Our group was four adults and an infant. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful in her communication, providing numerous referrals to other services on the island to make our stay more comfortable. The check in process was effortless. The proximity to town cannot be beat. And, this was one of the cleanest, most well equipped, properties we’ve ever rented. It definitely will make our short list for a return visit!

This house such a cute, clean and well-stocked gem right in town. It was the perfect spot for our first time in Nantucket- easy to walk to ice cream, childrens beach, shopping etc. As soon as we walked in the door, my son looked around and said “this is heaven” and we agree!

Simply the best little cottage in the most ideal location! Beautifully re-done...all top-notch. Can easily walk or bike to town, Brant Point, Jetties, etc. Owner was super accommodating and very easy to work with! We had a great week at this property!

Such a gorgeous property, so clean, bright and beautifully furnished. This house is also in such close proximity to everything. Walking distance to town, to the beach, restaurants… everything you need right there at your doorstep! Property manager was extremely helpful and attentive. We would definitely love to stay at this beautiful home again!

This is a beautiful property that is so well done, feels like home, but only better! The location is great in town and so close to everything. We rented a car, but really did not need it. Had appetizers and drinks most nights in the amazing back yard. Highly recommend this home and we definitely will be back. Brigette is amazing to work with too.

The minute we walked into this beautiful home we fell in love with it. The kitchen is so bright and cheery we enjoyed making meals. The beds are incredible comfortable. The laundry room is a dream two washer and dryers. Lots of storage. The backyard peaceful. We highly recommend this wonderful home

Our family of 5 recently spent spring break at this beautiful home! Although the weather wasn’t perfect, the house was! The home is newly renovated and is just stunning! When we weren’t at the beach or exploring the island we were enjoying our time together at the house. The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the owner was very easy and Brigitte is incredibly responsive and helpful! She couldn’t be nicer! The location is ideal for walking into town or to Children’s and Jetties beaches or up to Cliff Road. We have rented numerous homes on Nantucket over the years - this one is absolutely one of the best! We will most certainly plan to return!

Great stay at Brigitte’s house in Nantucket. She was very helpful and communicative which made our stay perfect. The house is in beautiful condition and the location is ideal. Easy to walk to town, beach and ferry, even for little kids. Very comfortable home with everything we needed including beach chairs and towels. We hope to come back soon.
